Maison Beaufort - oase van rust met zonnig terras

Kom tot rust in een vredige cocoon te midden van de stad. Geniet van het zicht op de jachthaven op het (zonnig) terras. Sta op met zicht op zee op het balkon in de slaapkamer. Het leukste moment van de dag toen ik er woonde, was opstaan met een kopje koffie op het terras in de zon. Heerlijk gewoon! Het station ligt op 2 minuten wandelafstand. Daar kan je fietsen huren. Gratis parking: randparking ‘Maria-Hendrikapark’ op 10 minuten wandelafstand. Buiten toeristentax, zijn er geen extra kosten.

Het appartement is gelegen in het Europacentrum op de 14de verdieping en heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de zee en de skyline van Oostende. Het Europacentrum is gelegen in het bruisend hart van Oostende. Het strand, de winkelstraten en uitgangsbuurt liggen op wandelafstand. Zodra je binnen komt in het appartement kan je genieten van een strak en stijlvol interieur en het prachtige uitzicht. Het appartement beschikt over alle voorzieningen om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

Residence Marie-José is located in the most iconic location of Ostend, right opposite the famous Hotel Du Parc and a few steps from the sea. Superb architect-designed apartment with sea view

Wonderful 45 sqm architect designed flat with panoramic sea view, located on the Ostend dike. The flat has a spacious open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a superb bathroom. Particular attention has been paid to the choice of materials but also to the home automation (Smart TV, Google Nest Hub, dimmable lights,...). An ideal place to spend holidays with family/friends or to telework in front of the sea!
