Le duplex de Malo les bains à 350 m de la plage

Charmant duplex entièrement rénové sur la place Turenne. Situé au 2ème et dernier étage d’une Malouine notre appartement pourra accueillir confortablement 5 personnes. Il est composé d’une entrée, d’un salon, d’une cuisine équipée , d’une sdb avec grande douche et vasque ainsi que de 2 chambres à l’étage . L’appartement est calme, lumineux et proche de tous commerces. A 350m de la plage, vous pourrez profiter des restaurants , bars et glaciers. Serviettes fournies et lits faits à l’arrivée.

Hoeve Schuurlo 1: landelijk, tussen Brugge en Gent

Gerenoveerde hoeve op groot domein met vijver, boomgaard, weiden met schapen en kippen. Vuurkorf aanwezig, mogelijkheid om te barbecueën. De hoeve staat op het domein van de eigenaars, dus persoonlijke touch. Vraag gerust naar tips voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. Op 20km van Brugge, 25km van Gent, 35km van de zee. Treinstation op 1 km. Tal van fiets- en wandelroutes lopen langs het domein. Optie om sauna en volledig ingerichte dansstudio (met zwevende dansvloer, balletbarre) bij te huren.

Ons luxe appartement is tot in de puntjes uitgerust, met onder meer 42-inch televisies in elke slaapkamer en toegang tot het zwembad en de fitnessfaciliteiten. Er is airconditioning in beide kamers en leefruimte. Geniet van een verblijf dat modern design en comfort combineert.

Appartement de famille de 92 m2 , terrasse vue sur lac Piscine chauffée . Plage privée , baignade dans lac Parking et garage pour vélos . Mis en location quand mes enfants ne l’occupent pas. Le prix ,tel que déterminé lors de la réservation du séjour ,comprend l’utilisation de l’hébergement et des meubles ainsi que les consommations ( eau, gaz, électricité, telecom…) . 90 % du prix pour la location appartement er 10% pour la location du mobilier . Pas de services . Pas de groupes de jeunes

Nouvelle cuisine avec lave-vaisselle (octobre 2021).2canapés-lits confortables et 1lit rabattable de130cm de large dans une petite chambre séparée de la cuisine par un store.Parking gratuit à proximité. Piscine à 200m. Vous trouverez un Super Delhaize, Lidl, Spar, boulangerie, friterie, restaurants et cafés aux alentours. Arrêt de Tram à 50 mètres. Linge (draps et serviettes) fourni pour un supplément de 20€ (par lit).
