Coffee on the Lake

Large 3-story home directly on northeastern Lake Winnebago, 1.5 hours N of Milwaukee and Madison airports, 3 hours N of Chicago. Stunning views. Just steps to lake. Open main area. Large driveway. Games/books/cards/coloring/ping-pong. Two steps into house. Main floor bedroom includes walk-in shower. Flat yard with fire pit facing lake. We encourage filling bird feeders with provided bird seed. No pier available but boat launch 1 mile at Calumet County Park. Seven miles to High Cliff State Park.

Beach House

This guesthouse is detached from the main house, comes with garage parking and has all the amenities you need including a wood-burning fire place! Towels, bath tissue, soaps & travel items. AC Window Unit. Kitchen includes pots/pans, dishes, mugs/glasses, coffee pot, toaster & microwave. Paper goods. New appliances/new water heater in 2020. Stairs to the apartment are on the northeast corner of the garage. The beach is steps away with a fire pit, boat house lounge, kayaks, beach toys & bicycles.

Irish Acres Farm is host to guest friendly activities. Sit & relax or join in farm chores, hike, fish, meditate. Light a camp fire and enjoy Nature at her finest. Experience the coziness of a rustic "tiny house" off-grid log FAIRY CABIN set beside a 1 acre spring fed pond. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, & families (with kids). No pets or therapy animals allowed. We strive to be a tech free zone (NO WIFI or TV's). A true authentic connection with Nature and each other.

We began caring for this home and property in 2018, and this 1870's home needed some love. We have been steadily remodeling since we moved in and it's starting to feel pretty great. We're excited to share it and the neighborhood with you. We are two blocks west of North Beach/Deland Park, 4 blocks to the river front boardwalk, home to many restaurants, cafe's, and shops. We are also four quick blocks to downtown which hosts many more restaurants, shops, museums and parks.
