Brand new woodland cabin set in the countryside with amazing views out onto the cropped fields. Enjoy full privacy of the secluded woodland with nobody else having access to it. The former insulated refrigerator unit has been converted with all the mod cons including fully functional kitchen, wet room with shower, underfloor heating and 2 TV's connected to wifi. Walk out onto the amazing patio with outdoor furniture and most important relax in the hot tub looking out at the amazing views. Enjoy

A town centre historic building with the best of the modern world. Park up privately & enter the bright spacious house. A unique kitchen with all modern amenities. Dining room with a beautiful 17th century dining table leads to a living room with media wall & water vapour fire. The patio garden with BBQ firepit, water feature & dart board. Upstairs four stylish bedrooms each with TV's and projectors. Two showers, a bath and two toilets help allow you move through your Yorkshire stay with ease.

A lovingly restored, 15th century barn in the pretty village of Brayton, 1.5 miles south of Selby. Private and self-contained, the barn offers luxurious, modern accommodation with a large outside space and impressive views of the nearby medieval church. Easy access to the M1, A1, M62 and A19 with good transport links to major locations such as York (14 miles), Leeds (24 miles) and other destinations make it a relaxing and ideal base to unwind and explore the beautiful Yorkshire surroundings.

Wren's Nest is a lovingly converted 18th -century barn with a charming private garden and free on-site parking, including secure bike storage. The village has two pubs both serving tasty home cooked food and real ales.

The cottage is a Grade II listed barn conversion offering a welcoming base for your stay. Heating is provided by a biomass boiler, so very eco friendly. There is also a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. We are in a quiet village called East Cottingwith: a fantastic base for visiting York and touring Yorkshire. Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.

Perfect for accommodating 2 people, the suite is beautifully appointed with opulent furnishings, and of course with access to WiFi and digital TV.

Nestled in a tranquil location Sycamore lodge provides the perfect escape from day to day life and ideal setting for your breakaway with friends or family. Imagine the ultimate relaxation, in a luxurious hot tub, overlooking the stunning lake setting. The lodge consists of a large open plan living, kitchen and dining space, a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower and 2 bedrooms. The living space provides a comfortable sofa overlooking the Smart 55 inch Tv.

Stunning rural shepherds hut

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

Luxury private apartment on the outskirts of Selby, only half hours drive from York and Leeds with just over an hour to the East coast. The local country pub has a fun and friendly atmosphere and serves superb evening meals only a stones throw away. Mayes-Onette is a Perfect place to relax after a hard day of exploring or ideal for working executives to use as a base. Outside there is a pretty patio area you can enjoy using throughout your visit.
