A 1940's cottage right in the heart of quaint downtown East Tawas. East Tawas is located on Michigan’s Sunrise Side. The area is well known for its sparkling turquoise waters and clean public sandy beaches. Just two blocks to Newman St and you can enjoy local shopping and dining or the ice cream and chocolate shops, and the 1935 historic movie theater. Bring your boat and enjoy Lake Huron or catch some fish for dinner. Kayaks and canoes can be put in at various spots along the Au Sable River.

Our home is about 6 blocks from Lake Huron and just minutes to downtown shopping, restaurants, beaches, parks, boat launches and more. Patti's Getaway is only: about 8 miles from Tawas Point State Park (good place to bird watch) , about 12 miles from Corsair Trails, about 15 miles form Iargo Springs and Lumbermen's Memorial, just to name a few places.

Walk to Dairy Queen or walk to Furtaw Field where there are weekend festivities! You can take a short drive down River Road to see Champagne Hill or The Lumber-mans Monument, and a variety of sights. Cozy and comfortable cottage. This cottage offers everything you need! The kitchen is well stocked with plates, silverware and cookware. The 2 bedrooms have queen beds with high quality bedding and connect with a Jack & Jill bathroom. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Public boat ramp in town right on 23 and plenty of room to park your boat in the driveway. We provide bed linens, bath linens and first cup of coffee

Cozy Cottage Across from Lake Huron

Relax, unwind, and walk the beach at this recently renovated 2 bedroom house that is walking distance to a public access beach on Lake Huron. (Less than 5 min walk) We have a large lot that is wooded in the back, allowing for a quiet, private space to play yard games, grill out, and enjoy a fire. The house has an open concept and is equipped with a full kitchen. We have provided games and Hulu Live and a Smart TV if you choose to relax inside.
