18th century lock keepers cottage

Relax in this lovingly restored stone built country cottage, to be found at the end of a,resident only, tarmaced tow path. Situated on its own private island, alongside the Chesterfield canal, beside a working lock. The front faces the lock with its comings and goings of canal boats. Perhaps a dozen boats will pass through in a day, all with a friendly crew and a story to tell of their journey. A few private moorings too. The rear of the property looks out to an uninterrupted rural landscape.

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. Nottinghamshire wildlife trust (SSSI) and Idle Valley 300m away a haven for nature lovers and home to hundreds of wild birds – and even recently, beavers! The Annexe at Church Corner Cottage

A beautifully converted 18th century cart shack. Set in the private garden of Church Corner Cottage with private parking. The conversion has a king size bed, a double sofa bed and has been refurbished to a high standard. The building has been fully modernised and guests will be assured a first-class service. Set in the beautiful village of Normanton on Trent. The cottage is opposite to the annexe was also featured on BBC's Escape to the Country.

2 Bed Home in Worksop

Enjoy the use of our home in the central area of Worksop, only 5mins walk from the train station or 10 mins from the M1. Lots of local amenities, with a Cafe a few doors down if you don't want to rustle up your own food in the kitchen. We had a couple of iffy reviews due to the old kitchen, so we closed down in April and installed a brand new modern kitchen for our future guests
