Based in the lovely village of Yaxley, it is quiet and rural but close to travel links and local attractions. The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. We are close to Peterborough City Centre. It is a 45 minute walk to the train station or a 10 minute drive. We have a pub which is a 10 minute walk away. We are right next to Ferry Meadows offering access to countryside and river walks, the rowing lake, the golf course and the Nene Valley Railway.
