If you wish to enjoy your holidays in a quiet, sunny, family friendly environment, you are at the right place. This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.

For the 2025 season, the complex’s swimming pool will NOT be available. Enjoy your stay in a magnificent property located extremely close to the sea (150m flat road). A maisonette built and decorated in complete harmony with the Cycladic architecture. It consists of two levels and has a large living room, terrace with large dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and WC. The house is independent and is located in a real estate complex.

Τα δωμάτια βρίσκονται στον Άγιο Ιωάννη Πόρτο και απέχουν μόλις 6 χιλιόμετρα απο την πόλη της Τήνου. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν ταβέρνες, μίνι μάρκετ και παιδότοπος. Ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει στάση του κτελ με συχνότητα δρομολογίων ανα 1 ωρα. Η παραλία απέχει 400 μέτρα.
