This bungalow was a wonderful place for our small group to enjoy a laid-back beach weekend. I loved the old-Florida charm of the place, and just steps from the beach. Overall, very pleased and may very well return!

This location was perfect! We were able to walk mostly everywhere. We were walking distance from the beach, Publix, bars/restaurants and coffee shops. The home was spacious enough that no one felt crowded in a group of five women staying here. Hosts were very responsive and didn’t take long to reply. 10/10 would stay here again!

Fantastic spot: Easily walkable to everything in town, even closer to the beach, and quiet and peaceful all the while. The large open-air lanai is a nice touch - allows you to easily alternate sun and shade while staying outside. We had great weather, but it would also be a nice place to sit with a coffee on a rainy day. Neighbors are there (hotel and next-door bungalow) but the way it is arranged we didn't much see anyone, the lanai and backyard still felt secluded. The bungalow itself is more spacious than we expected. There are two doors off the lanai, one to the kitchen and one to a living room, which was convenient for us parents after putting the kids to sleep. Nearby playground for families with kids. Sandra was friendly and responsive, and it was great that she was local.

Second time staying at one of Phyllis’s homes- she is a WONDERFUL host. Home is clean and cozy and very close to the beach and multiple restaurants. Phyllis gives great local recommendations and is extremely friendly. I would highly recommend staying here!

Phyllis was a great host, very friendly making my stay most enjoyable, the house was comfortable clean and just as described and shown in the photos. The neighborhood was great, close enough to everything but still far enough away making it peaceful and relaxing. The park at the end of the street is a perfect place to walk and enjoy your coffee and morning sunrise over the ocean. I would definitely recommend Phyllis and this house to everyone and I look forward to booking again soon.

It was very nice and super close to the beach. It’s set back off the road and very private. Great hosts to work with.

Loved this little bungalow! Very quiet neighborhood, and literally a 60 second walk to the beach. Will stay here again when returning to the area!

Loved this place. There are three of us who stayed there. We fit perfectly. Near a school, so it felt pretty safe and the speed limit was slow. Lots of sidewalks to walk. About 1 mile from town and short drive to the beach. The patio was so relaxing and beautiful for the NCAA tournament :) we were there from cold MI. There were beach towels for us. No beach chairs , but the hosts were great at getting us some- it was so nice of them. We only traveled with a backpack each, intending to just wash clothes. But unfortunately the dryer went out during our stay. Wasn’t a game changer at all , and things happen. No bugs! Which is like 5/5 stars with that. Talk about piece of mind. Seriously though that patio was outta control amazing. Definitely recommend.

Shawn was fantastic and the place was amazing. Close to two quiet beaches but close to the Daytona Action!

Loata’s place worked really well for us and our two pets! We booked last minute and she was very accommodating and the animals enjoyed the partially fenced back yard. Overall it was a great stay and Loata is an amazing host. Thank you!

Cute beachy house! Clean and just like the pictures. Host is helpful and responsive. Super quiet neighborhood, and my favorite part was hearing the wind coming off the beach at night. Beach is within 10 min walk. If you have you pup with you, Ponce Inlet Dog Beach is just 15 min drive. Great place, worth the rate, will most definitely make this a fav for when I'm back in the area!

Enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. Location to restaurants was great. Short walk to Flagler Ave. Rarely had to drive unless we went to Canal Street. Slept good. Enjoyed sitting on porch in the evening. Quiet neighborhood; couple blocks walk to the ocean

This beach cottage is very cute and clean! Fit our family of 4 and had all of the amenities we needed. It is located in a convenient area, walkable to the beach and very close to restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately we were there for a family emergency and not a vacation, but I would just like to add that the hosts were very hospitable in accommodating us at the last minute, and they were very easy to communicate with and answered any questions and I'm very appreciative for that. But nonetheless, this house would be a great place to stay for a family beach vacation!

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The home is clean and peaceful. You feel right at home. We didn’t wanna leave. It’s a beautiful little neighborhood with a wonderful pool, beautiful scenery, and close to everything. Our host could not have been any more helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

It was the best 3 day vacation we had. Me and my best friend went to celebrate our anniversary of being friends for 10 years. The house was beautiful, everything was so neat and in place. We loved staying there and Meg had great communication with us!! Will definitely be booking with Meg again!!
