A newly constructed, beautiful one-level unit with easy access (walking distance or pedicab ride) to Robinson’s Mall and Ace Hospital and excellent transport links. This home has a warm feel with thoughtfully decorated living and dining areas. The kitchen features a mini-fridge, stove, rice cooker, water dispenser, and a complete set of cooking and dining utensils. The two bedrooms, jointly equipped with an air-conditioner, provide a much welcome relief after a day of exploring and/or travels.

Guest House with full home amenities

This 40 square meter apartment used to be our home turned into a guesthouse. Your home is one of the 6 units in this structurally built apartments within the compound. The place is gated, well-lit and fitted with CCTV for added security. Most of your neighbors including long-term tenants are foreigners fully acquainted with our house rules. You can be assured of privacy and respect. Outdoor play area and parking are the only shared spaces. Robinsons, SM and Gaisano mall are one tricycle ride.

Pleasantly new, cozy but generously-spaced, right in the heart of Ormoc City. It’s located along Bonifacio St. A five-minutes walk from the Port of Ormoc and public market, which serve as the city center, it is a mere 15 minute drive to the Ormoc City Airport. Well-known shopping malls like Robinson's Place and SM are comfortably nearby. The apartment itself is delightfully well appointed with two bedrooms and two T&B. Living and dining rooms are convenient and adequately spaced.
