Easily accessed from A14 J10 and minutes from the larger towns of Kettering and Wellingborough from where central London is under an hour by train.

The splendidly refurbished Wren Cottage is in a quiet lane in the heart of beautiful Mears Ashby and is exclusively yours for your stay. It’s a little home from home. Visit the village's award winning pub and Beckworth Emporium then walk off the calories round Sywell Reservoir. Discover our best kept secret which is Northamptonshire - 'the county of squires and spires'. An Ideal base for working locally: hotels can be too impersonal. Nearest rail-station, Wellingborough. Host lives next door.

Converted Barn overlooking fields.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

Welcome to Lime Corner, a stylish comfortable cottage in a Northamptonshire village with free parking! The living room opens onto a relaxing garden and with one double bedroom and a living room sofa bed, a chic bathroom plus a downstairs WC there’s space for up to four guests. Lime Corner is light, bright and spacious with Netflix TV and Wifi. You’ll be on a quiet street in the historic village of Broughton close to many attractions, country parks, cycle routes and beautiful walks.

Cobbler's Cottage - peace and seclusion

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space set in the pretty Village of Brigstock. Our friendly local, The Old Three Cocks is just a few steps away - perfect for a drink & a bite. Fermyn Woods Country Park is a short walk away, rich in flowers birds and butterflies including Hawfinches and Purple Emperor Butterflies. The area has many gastro pubs, gardens and various markets to explore. We are happy to make recommendations to suit you as well as our favourite!

Beautifully restored stone barn in a lovely Northamptonshire village. Orlingbury has been named as one of Northamptonshires top village gems. The Barn is in the grounds of our cottage and has been renovated to a very high standard, retaining it's beautiful beams and restored with oak flooring, marble work surfaces, Fired Earth bathroom, White Company bedding, under floor heating and industrial chrome lighting. There is a great pub and cafe in the village and lovely walks.

Detached coach house set in over 100 acres.

Delightful detached coach house in over 100 acres of conservation parkland. Beautiful views situated next to a castle folly built in 1770. Very rural setting with private bedrooms in separate annexe building overlooking pond and fields. Easy parking right outside the coach house front door. At end of a private road and only 3 miles from Northampton Town centre. Close to village pubs, lots of lovely walks from our door, parks and country park reservoir.
