Lugar espectacular. A anfitriã recebeu-nos e respondeu sempre da melhor maneira possível.

Zona inmejorable, un poco complicado el llegar, debido a las cuestas, pero está lo suficientemente apartado para ser tranquilo, y lo suficiente cerca del pueblo para tener lo que necesites a 10 minutos. Vistas increíbles, caminos de montaña nada más salir de la casa, y el interior de la misma increíble. Muy recomendable!

lugar idóneo para disfrutar del campo, tranquilidad y visitar paraísos naturales. además de tener muchas rutas. la casa es amplia y con todo lo que puedas necesitar para pasar unos días allí. un jardín increíble del que puedes disfrutar tomando el sol o haciendo una barbacoa. Teresa la anfitriona ha sido muy maja y amable, además degfacilitarnos información y sitios de los que disfrutar por los alrededores. sin duda un sitio para repetir y del que no querrás irte.

Nacho te hace sentir como en casa, atento, amable, con mil recomendaciones y un detallazo al entrar. La casa fenomenal, tal y como sale en las fotos, ni un solo pero se le puede poner. Fuimos con amigos, peque, mascota y fue como estar en casa. Desde luego vamos a repetir porque nos quedaron cosas por hacer, como siempre que vamos por esa zona.

Samuel es un buen anfitrión, amable y atento. La casa muy grande, tal cual las fotos. Lo mejor las vistas desde el jardín!!

Maravilloso Desde la reserva Tino estuvo pendiente de enviarnos recomendaciones en la zona de actividades y restaurantes y nos dio indicaciones de como llegar. La zona es un paraíso. Hemos estado una familia con dos niños de 6 y 8 años que han disfrutado un montón del alojamiento y sus alrededores. La casa es mucho mejor que en las fotos, las vistas desde toda la cristalera del salón no tienen precio y había un montón de detalles extras para facilitarnos la llegada (desayuno, barbacoa..). Tranquilidad y silencio en una hermosa zona para disfrutar de la naturaleza y su maravillosa gastronomía. Cogimos bicicletas para la senda del Oso e hicimos todas las rutas que nos recomendó por allí cerca (desfiladero de las Xanas, Cueva Huerta, Bandujo...). Una semana se nos quedó corta. El pueblo está a cinco minutos en coche (Proaza) y tiene dos pequeños supermercados muy completos y con productos típicos, una farmacia y varios restaurantes (casa clemente sin duda el mejor). Deseando volver.

Such a wonderful 3 nights to start our holiday! We had an upstairs apartment with the most beautiful private terrace where we could look down the valley and up to the stunning mountains of Picos de Europa. Marian was very welcoming and we used Google translate to communicate. Everything was super clean and tidy and so quiet, we slept so well. We loved getting in the pool after a day of hiking and made great use of the bbq - remember to bring your own charcoal. Thank you for a wonderful stay Marian!

Todo perfecto, la casa super bonita. Nos recibieron muy bien y nos recomendaron sitios para ver! La playa mas cercana esta a 7 minutos en coche. Repetiremos seguro!

Recomiendo 100% el alojamiento, todo perfecto y Laura estuvo atenta permantemente y es muy amable. El lugar es precioso y tranquilo, a unos minutos del Cabo de Peñas y bien situado para moverte por Asturias. Un Lugar para volver.

Apartament petit però molt net i ben cuidat. El jardí de fora compartit amb la resta de hostes és ideal per menjar-hi. Ubicació bona per visitar voltants.

Eine sehr komfortable, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einem kleinen Dorf nahe Llanes. Man ist schnell an der Küste und in den Bergen. Ein Auto ist allerdings unerlässlich, der kleine Supermarkt im Ort ist nicht empfehlenswert, aber nützlich, wenn man schnell etwas benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, wenn man Wünsche hat, braucht man nur Bescheid sagen. Top! Es gibt eine Waschmaschiene, allerdings keine Spülmaschiene. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und die Natur rundherum ist einfach atemberaubend. Klare Empfehlung!

El entorno es ideal si buscas desconexión. El apartamento está muy bien restaurado y decorado. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos y como en casa. Además, la comunicación ha sido muy buena. ¡Volveremos!

Alojamiento impecable tanto en limpieza como ubicación, anfitriones atentos y muy detallistas, ideal tanto si buscas realizar excursiones, visitar la zona o para pasar unos días de relajación. Repetiremos seguro.

Nos encantó. Decorado con mucho encanto. Ideal. Con todos los detalles. La barbacoa fantástica. Ni un pero.

Great small cabin with all the necessary amenities. Just at the end of the town Las Arenas, easy to walk to the center, having two supermarkets just in front. A little tricky detail is the fact that the cabin - not easy to see from the pictures - is just on the main road. We though it would be somewhere further inside the town. Overall great stay, the kitchen had all the basics, the bathroom was clean, water hot and the bed and couch comfortable. It is also very nice that has a private garden. Important: there is no wifi (no problem at all, it is stated). The knifes could have been in better condition and for some reason the fireplace didn't work very well (the smoke didn't leave). Another tricky point was the door, which once closed it always need the key to enter. We had a small accident leaving the key inside and being unable to enter (paid a locksmith 60€ without possibility of return). However Fidel was very prompt to help and communicative. Overall a pleasant town and stay!

Rufino’s house is an incredibly beautiful location, surrounded by nature. It is secluded but not isolated as walkers and local farmers pass by. Bring your binoculars as we spotted so much wildlife - from eagles to glow worms! The house/cabin is very comfortable, the bedrooms are good, the kitchen is basic but was adequate for our family of 4 adults, we ate outside most evenings having cooked on the bbq. The house is semi-off grid with electricity supplied by solar panels and a generator - you may have to change the supply between them depending on usage and the weather. Gas canisters supply hot water and the cooking hob - and these may need to be changed. Rufino gave thorough instructions on our arrival and was immediately contactable when I had a further query. This is a very special place with many walks/hikes from the door. I cannot recommend it highly enough if you love living in nature.

La casita es preciosa, ideal para dos personas, muy limpia y acogedora. Se encuentra a la entrada de la ruta al faedo de Ciñera, y muy cerca también de Pola de Gordon. Muy recomendable!!!.
