Charmante maison de ville

Charmante maison de ville atypique de 41m2 à 10 minutes de la gare à pied. Le logement est au calme dans une petite co propriété avec parking privé. Escalier un peu raide, ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Animaux acceptés (pas de jardin clos) promenades le long de la Seine à 3 mn. Le logement est non fumeur. Un accès fumeur est prévu en terrasse privée(5m2non clos) à l'entrée de la maison à l'extérieur. Linge de maison : draps et serviettes fournis. Il ne manque que vous !

Studio avec toit terrasse à la campagne

Nous vous accueillons avec plaisir dans ce studio récent, indépendant de notre domicile (seule l’entrée des véhicules est commune), décoré avec attention. Celui-ci est composé d’une partie nuit avec un lit de 180 cms qu’il est possible de diviser en 2 lits de 90 cms. Le studio dispose d’un coin bureau, d’une cuisine équipée avec frigo, micro ondes grill, cafetière, bouilloire… L’entrée dans le jardin est en pente. Nous avons à notre domicile un chien que nous pouvons enfermer au besoin.

Calme et nature proche de Paris

Située dans un environnement paisible, notre charmante petite maison indépendante entièrement rénovée (2023) est l'endroit idéal pour les amoureux de la tranquillité et du confort. Elle est située dans quartier résidentiel, appelé le petit Deauville en raison des belles villas qui bordent la rue. Paris est accessible en train en 35 mn (avec une gare à seulement 2 minutes à pied), offrant un accès pratique et rapide à la vie culturelle parisienne. Et le petit-déjeuner vous est offert !

Located in the middle of the village next to the 12th-century church - in absolute peace and quiet (except for the bells). Close to the Château de Versailles, St Germain en Laye, and train stations to reach Paris in 35 minutes. Small shops a few minutes away, restaurants, golf, beautiful nature with walks to enjoy. Hosted by an international couple - open to the world.
