Chic exclusive private guest home with Kitchenette & Full bathroom in the heart of wine country.Home is upstairs above a 4 car garage attached to an Estate Home (No Shared walls).The Estate homes kitchen windows are adjacent to the guest home windows.When all the windows are open you may hear me in my kitchen as I am cooking or baking. One mile off the 101. Close to VAFB (20 mins), 1 hr to Santa Barbara.Orcutt is full of wine tasting rooms and restaurants.Orcutt is small & closes about 9 pm.

1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku, large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Longer stays available, just ask. Calendar is often blocked, but we can open dates.

San Luis Obispo is a lovely city just minutes north. and Hearst Castle is less than an hour's drive North. Conveniently situated off the 101 freeway, a nice retreat from the big city.

Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

Bodega House

Welcome to Bodega House, a restored 1920s farmhouse in the center of Los Alamos. The home features a serene queen bedroom and a separate lounge space, along with a sleeper sofa in the living area. Thoughtfully designed for two adults, the house can also comfortably host one to two children on the sleeper sofa. It’s an ideal setting for couples or small families seeking the ease and privacy of a home while being just steps away from the best of Los Alamos.

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. Beautiful, brand new tiny home on the Central Coast situated in beautiful downtown Nipomo, halfway between Los Angeles & San Francisco. 10-minute drive to Pismo Beach. Walking distance to Birchwood Beer & Wine Garden & Jockos Steakhouse. Queen size loft bed with a very comfortable Casper mattress. I have 2 dogs & my neighbors have a rooster, goats & sheep so I hope you’re ok with farm sounds.

Welcome to the Den Street Cottage! We are a private 2 bedroom/2 bath cottage right off Bell Street (the Main Street of Los Alamos). Lots of charm in this stay. Enjoy a glass a wine your private outdoor space. We sleep 6 very comfortably. If your group is larger than 6, just reach out to us. No immediate neighbors, so there’s privacy. Have a glass of wine at Casa Dumetz, grab a pizza from Full of Life and then stroll to your home away from home.

We are an 8 minute drive to the beach. Close to Pismo Beach and within 20 minutes drive to San Luis Obispo. Great wineries within minutes and very centrally located
