Charming Manzanita Red Cottage near Beach & Village

Step through the old wooden gates and down the stairs to discover one of Laguna’s most remarkable hidden treasures. Here in this story-book setting four charming, old-world style cottages and a studio apartment accommodation are nestled amidst fragrant floral gardens reminiscent of early California. A whimsical wishing well in the center of the grassy courtyard adds special magic to this delightful and relaxing hideaway for couples looking for a romantic weekend getaway, family vacationers and business vagabonds. The cottage is tucked away in a historic Laguna Beach neighborhood. The cottages are close enough for a stroll to the beach, shops, restaurants, and galleries, yet far enough away from the activities of downtown Laguna. Laguna Beach has a cute trolly that is free to take all round the city. Runs Friday-Sunday. Uber, Lyft and taxis are also easy ways to get around if you don't want to walk. Built in 1927 by Hollywood film producer Harry Green, the cottages have been beautifully restored to reflect the charm of the original Laguna Beach art colony while offering the convenience and comfort of modern day amenities, lodging, and accommodations in Southern California. Each rental cottage has individually-selected furnishings and artwork.

Vintage Craftsman Cottage Near the Beach

Outstanding location near the entrance to the Peninsula with a view of the lovely canal. Easy access to Pacific Coast Highway and the 55 fwy, yet you are only 2 blocks from the ocean and a 7 minute walk to 32nd St. Beach. Lido Marina Village, a beautiful waterfront shopping/dining area called is a 5 minute walk away. Newport Pier, where you’ll find great surfing, beaches, shops & restaurants is a 15 minute walk away. It is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so party people should look elsewhere.

CITRUS COTTAGE Close to Chapman U & Disneyland

Citrus Cottage is a spacious stand-alone guest house in the heart of Old Towne Orange. It’s a great place for parents of Chapman students to stay while visiting their kids. Within walking distance to the Circle with so many great restaurants and bars that it makes it difficult to choose where to go. The bright and airy décor reflects the charm of Old Towne Orange. Plenty of parking is available. Close to Disneyland. Arrive to something refreshing in the refrigerator and wake up to hot coffee.

Classic Beach Bungalow- Walk to beach & Main Stree

This is the ultimate beach bungalow. Located just steps from the world famous Main Street, Huntington Beach Pier, and of course, miles of Southern Californias best beach. This place offers "everyday resort living" with all the charm of an old fashion beach bungalow. The backyard has a built in bamboo bar and a custom jacuzzi hot tub. There is also a 140 degree dry sauna, great for detox after hitting all those bars and restaurants. Great way to relax and enjoy your vacation. This is the one!

You don't need a car to get around because everything you need is within walking distance. Step outside and explore the beautiful neighborhood. You are surrounded by amazing restaurants, coffee shops, bars & lounges. You are just a 5 minute walk to the water, right from your doorstep. Several renowned hiking trails are also just 5 minutes of a joyful walk away.

Fun beach home! Two bedrooms/two baths + loft off 2nd bedroom. Two car onsite parking! A single family home- not a duplex, so no one else above or below. Indoor laundry & an outdoor shower. The Orange Peel, a Historic Cottage in Old Town

The Orange Peel is a cozy restored two bedroom historic cottage from 1919, on the property of a 120 year old Victorian house. This detached 2 bed- 1 bath guesthouse has vintage charm in the heart of Old Town Orange. It is very comfortable for four people, with one queen bed and two twin beds, with the option of two more guests on the couch (extra charge). The private and quiet space is walking distance to Chapman University and the excellent restaurants and shops in the historic Orange Circle.

Super clean, nicely decorated, 240 square feet, 3 rooms. Cottage has kitchen, bedroom & bathroom. Cable TV & WIFI. Bedroom can be separated by pocket door to give privacy from bathroom & kitchen. Age limit 26 & up. NO PARTYING/NO DRUGS NO SMOKING ANYTHING ANYWHERE ON MY PROPERTY/SMOKERS DON'T BOOK. No Pets, I have Asthma & severe allergies.

Walk 1 block to Main Street for restaurants, shops, bars and entertainment. Check out the beautiful new Pacific City Mall just minutes away. Cottage by the Harbor

This cottage is located in the heart of Dana Point, a beautiful and uncongested beach community! A 5 minute walk finds you at the nearby town center and new downtown area where you can find restaurants, nightclubs and shopping. Down the street is Dana Point Harbor/marina and the famous Doheny Beach surfing and park or get-away to Catalina Island or whale watching! The Cottage is a great pet friendly with enclosed front and rear yards, a great alternative to the over priced resorts.
