In the idyllic island Brač area, you will find this luxury decorated house with its own pool house comprising of a private swimming pool, garden and a grill for enjoying a refreshing dive alongside delicious meals. This villa is a treat to stay in, as it has absolutely everything that is required for ideal vacation. There is a wireless music system in the pool house and there is a garage in the premises. The Villa has a big swimming pool (45m2) with stunning view, gym and kids playground area.

Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

Opustite se u ovom ugodnom i lijepo uređenom smještaju. Apartman je udaljen od mjesta Sumartin /trajektna luka/2km . Nalazise u kući s više apartmana. Ispod kuće/50m je more. Restoran je iznad i ispod kuće kao i prekrasne plaže. Sadra, žalo ili beton ,ovisi o vašim željama. Nalazimo se na istočnoj strani otoka Brača. Ako se odlučite rezervirati ovaj smještaj , najjednostavniji prevoz je trajektom Makarska-Sumaartin (karte se trebaju kupiti on line i poštivaati točno vrijeme rezervacije).
