Villa Saga Hvis du leter etter en perfekt plass for utsøkt og uforglemmelig ferie for deg og din familie er Villa Saga, akkurat dette. En flott og moderne luksus villa på 260 kvm i pittoresk kyststed Drvenik i sentral Dalmatia, midt i mellom Dubrovnik og Split på den desidert vakreste kyststripe i Kroatia. Villa Saga en ny og moderne villa som ble bygd i 2012,og ligger helt ned ved sjøen, med egen privat badeplass. Villaen består av 5 soverom og 4 bad (8 – 10 soveplasser) med nydelig utsikt.

U blizini apartmana se nalazi plaža(30m) , restoran i šetnica. 200-ak metara od apartmana je udaljen dućan, bankomat i centar našeg lijepog mjesta Brista. Novouređeni apartman nudi: TV, free Wi-Fi, klimu uređaj, perilicu rublja, 2 ležaja, WC, kuhinju, besplatan parking, vanjski dio kuće gdje gosti mogu izaći sjesti i slušati prekrasan šum mora te udobno i mirno spavanje. !U APARTMANU JE ZABRANJENO PUŠENJE!

APARTMAN 2 - ERA (NO PETS!)

Kuća se nalazi odmaknuta od glavne prometnice. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!

NOTE: Both bedrooms have air conditioning, upon request two twin beds can be turned into king size bed by putting mattress topper on. Roller blinds and lights come with a remote. Dadurch hat jede Familie oder jedes Paar ihren eigenen privaten Bereich. Gemeinsame Küche sowie große Terrasse mit Grill und schönem Meerblick laden zum Zusammensitzen ein. Der Strand ist nur etwa 50 Meter entfernt und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze für zwei Autos sind vorhanden.

A studio for two people 50 m from the Adriatic, the beautiful long beach and kms-long hiking trails. Gradac is perfectly located, halfway between Dubrovnik and Split. The islands of Hvar, Brač and Korčula are within reach by tourist boat / ferry. Car park is available and free for the guests either in front of the house or on the nearby car park.
