Buena Vista Lake House

Newly renovated, four season home with a large private lot on Seneca Lake, the jewel of the Finger Lakes. Beautiful views of the sunrise in the morning over the expansive lake and the moonrise at night. 110 feet of beachfront with a huge dock. Swimming, kayaking, and fishing are all activities to be enjoyed or just chilling by the fire pit works also. All of this right in the middle of the Seneca Lake Winetrail, Within a mile of seven wineries including Fox Run, Red Tail, and Anthony Road.

Welcome to Paradise on the Lake. It’s an architectural splendor with 3 levels of living space. It’s has all the settings of the adirondacks in the middle of the Finger Lakes. Located on Honeoye Lake with the most majestic views of the lake in a remote setting of over 2 acres of property with a 192 feet of a Shale Beach Shore and a running stream through the property. Sandy Bottom Park has a beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy comfortably with family and friends.

Beautiful Keuka Lake home close to Penn Yan.

Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.

The Chosen Spot: lakefront, hot tub, wineries, ski

The home is the last house on a private road, in a cove with distant neighbors, offering great privacy & solitude. A family of bald eagles nests in the cove. The huge 2nd story deck adorns the entire front of the house. Best views on the lake to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine while soaking in this little slice of heaven. Bring your boat, we have a whip mooring. Boat launch 3 mi Note: June -Labor day, 7 nite min checkin/out Fri only.
