This private ground-floor unit is a tranquil retreat on the water’s edge. It is a perfect escape for those seeking peace and relaxation through natural beauty. A cottage feel in the middle of town, you’ll be walking distance from Health Sciences North, Idylwylde Golf Club, Laurentian University, NOSM, and Science North. 500m from a bus stop and 5-minute drive to both downtown and the south end. Hiking trails nearby, and you’re welcome to borrow the kayaks or paddle boat for a trip on the lake.

Entire guest suite with private bathroom, queen size bed, fully furnished living room and separate entrance. Lots of privacy and a private backyard. Private kitchenette with microwave, toaster full fridge and coffee machine. Parking for 2 vehicles. Located in a family friendly and safe neighborhood of Greater Sudbury(Lively). Guests have access to high speed wifi, Netflix, Disney plus and prime videos on tv. Air mattress available in closet. Strictly no pets and no smoking/vaping indoors.

Book your stay now at @Long_Lake_Waterfront_Cottage — a beautifully renovated cottage right on Long Lake and mere steps from the four season premier destination known as Kivi Park. Activities available at the park are plentiful and include hiking trails, walking paths, scenic running, mountain biking, fat biking, skating, canoeing, kayaking, cross country skiing, and swimming at Crowley Lake. Equipment for most activities can be rented at the Kivi Park Chalet or you can bring your own.

We have a 2 bedroom apartment available to rent daily, weekly or monthly in Hanmer, Ontario. It is fully furnished with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen table, a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and pots and pans, 2 separate bedrooms with 1 queen size bed and 2 single beds in the 2nd room, a couch and recliner, 65" tv w/ cable tv and wifi. It has 2 bathrooms (main and ensuite). The building is smoke free and has a private entrance with stairs and parking at the door.

Welcome to our cozy retro lake house, next to Lake Nephawin and nature, but just a minute by car away from the dining and grocery shopping options of Four Corners. We are always looking to improve. On September 19 2025, for example, we replaced the queen mattress with a new one, replaced the twin bed with a new one, and replaced the foam in the seat cushions of the living room sofa and matching chair.
