Very friendly host, the place is clean and had everything needed. The house has charm and easy access to the nature. Would highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway!

An amazing little detached house in the countryside near Zwolle, North East of Amsterdam. A little isolated, but the scenery was incredible. Beautiful garden near the sprawling fields of the Heino countryside. More than enough room for 5, with parking spaces for 2-3 cars and two bikes in the shed for use.Would love to return.. in summer. Fijne plek. De badkamers, sauna en tuinuitbouw/serre met uitzicht op weide met paarden sprongen eruit. Veel zitplekken in de ruimtes, en grote tafel voor een bordspelletje. Opletten: de 2-persoon kamers hebben 2x enkelbedden. De gedeelde, grote kamer (6p) is de enige met een 2-persoonsbed. De autoweg direct naast het terrein was te horen (vond ik niet enorm storend, maar wellicht anderen wel)

We stayed at Annette‘s place for a long weekend with a with friends and their kids. We were 10 in total with 6 kids between 5 and 14 years old. The house with the spacious garden instantly captured the kids and us parents could start the relaxing weekend from the get go. The beautiful surroundings are great for walking, running, cycling or boating. Located within a nature reserve, there is plenty of outdoor activities to be had. We had a great time and are contemplating of going there again in the future!

Een heerlijk huisje op een rustig park in de buurt van wandelgebied en een mountainbikeparcours. Het huisje heeft ruim voldoende sanitaire voorzieningen. Door het klimaatbeheersingsprogramma kan het voor sommigen (te) warm zijn. We hebben er een heerlijk weekend weg gehad!

Das Haus war einfach nur Toll, wir hatten wunderschönes Wetter und konnten den riesigen Garten, Sauna und Grill nutzen. Am meisten hat uns der Essbereich gefallen der gemütlich gestaltet war mit Glasfronten und Blick auf den Garten. Wir können uns gut vorstellen nochmal wieder zu kommen. Patrick war sehr aufmerksam und stand für jede Frage parat.

Das Haus ist ein Traum und größer, als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Zwei wundervolle Außenbereiche, mehrere Gemeinschaftsräume, toll ausgestattete Zimmer und Küchen. Der Empfang war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Zügige, aber detaillierte Einweisung und eine Katze, die absolut keine Scheu vor neuen Menschen hat. Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden! Die Umgebung ist schön grün, ruhig und lädt geradezu zum entspannen ein. Wir kommen mit elf Leuten sehr gerne wieder! ☺️❤️

We stayed at this lovely AirBnB with 5 couples. We rented the entire residence and we all were extremely impressed with our accommodations and hosts. The property was as it was described and more. This location was central for us to journey out for day trips all over the Netherlands. Our hosts were top notch and provided great knowledge about the surrounding area. The common areas provided great place to gather and our rooms were a beautiful space to retreat. We would highly recommend to anyone, whether renting a room (as the bed and breakfast) or the entire home! Thank you to Matt and Csilla for creating a beautiful atmosphere for us to holiday as a family.

Erg leuk, mooi en ruim huis in een prachtige omgeving. Heel sfeervol en gezellig ingericht. Locatie is schitterend. Je kunt direct gaan wandelen of fietsen. Host reageert direct en is heel vriendelijk.

Een heerlijke rustige plek. Ruime tuin, prachtig uitzicht. Het huis is gezellig, sfeervol en van alle gemakken voorzien. Binnen een kwartier ben je in mooie bosgebieden waar je eindeloos kunt wandelen. Voor fietsliefhebbers ook een prima plek.

I wanted somewhere for our family to relax. Arjen's house was perfect. It's a beautiful space, or rather, a collection of beautiful spaces. We were also lucky enough to be there when the orchard was full of fruit. Arjen was brilliant to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

Prima verblijf, nette en schone kamer. Kan het iedereen aanbevelen!

Een plek waar je je snel thuis voelt, leuke inrichting en wat vol leuke dingen staat voor jong en oud: Speelgoed en schommel, een trampo en BBQ in de tuin, een bioscoop in de woonkamer, een heuze Mancave ;-) in de voorkamer, lekkere keuken, prima bedden. Lekker ruim zodat je ook je eigen gang kan gaan. Heel chill. En veel leuke dingen in de buurt: een meer, Zutphen, bootje varen, Kastelenroute, klimbos/kartbaan etc. Aanrader!

Magnifique maison en bordure de canal dans un cadre superbe, idéalement placée dans le parc (épicerie, restaurant, piscine à 100 m). Maison moderne et spacieuse pour 8 personnes, avec toutes les commodités. La maison est aussi parfaitement située : à 15 mn a pied à travers les bois pour rejoindre le parc de la Haute Veluwe, 30 mn en voiture d’Apeldoorn et du château de Het Loo. Merci à Hubb qui a été très réactif et a facilité notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Stéphane
