Discover Kotor From a Radiant Gem with Sea Views

Cozy up on a stylish sofa steeped in the smart elegance of this bright apartment featuring herringbone wood floors, trendy furnishings, and pops of brilliant blue. Head to the balcony to enjoy mesmerizing sea and mountain views from a quaint bistro table. Large and comfortable living room with smart TV, fast internet, and a dining table with chairs as well as a balcony with seating area overlooking the Kotor Bay. Fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, multi functional microwave, hot plate, oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee maker) available to you as well as all the other utensils you need, First bedroom with king bed and another bedroom with two separate beds that could be put together. A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. If you need anything at all that could make your stay better please don't hesitate to ask, and I'll do my best to accommodate you :) What I love most about hosting is getting in touch with guests with whom both me and my family share the same passion - traveling and discovering great places and cultures. I look forward to welcoming you soon! The apartment is set very near the center and the Old town, just minutes away by foot from historic sites, landmarks, museums, and scenic hiking paths. Waterfront restaurants, charming cafes, and shops are a short walk away. Nearest beach just 100 meters from the apartment. With all of this around, you might just decide to enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony over a glass of wine. 10-20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 5 min by taxi to the bus station. Public transportation 100m. Old town, by foot, in 5 minutes Third floor of the building, no elevator!

In front of the house there's a free parking, local bus station, mini market, pharmacy, taxi station and fast food. new apartman in stone,minute from sea, My place is quite and homey. It has a great location, just 2 steps from the sea. It's perfect for any type of travellers, also booking for events is available. It's 5 minutes by car to Risan or 25 minutes walking. 15 minutes by car to Kotor and 20 minutes to Tivat Airport. Transfer can be provided upon agreement. The apartment is located only couple of steps from the sea in the house with a big terrace in front, swimming pool and a spacious garden all around. You can rest in your apartment, on your private balcony with a sea view, or you can enjoy swimming looking at Perast, and two beautiful islands in the Bay. Room with private bathroom, kitchen and terrace will make your stay nice and pleasant. It is only 2 min walk from the Old Town, marina and beaches. Restaurants, bars and supermarket is also 2 minutes away. At the same time this area is quiet and private.
