This stunning apartment became a ruin after the 1979 earthquake and after 42 years it's been given back the charm and character that adds to the charisma of Kotol Old Town. The apartment is located near the back entrance where there was once a swing bridge that was used to service the old town homes , restuarants and hotels. The apartment is close to great restaurants, pubs and within walking distance to beaches ,shops and public transport. A real gem that will not disappoint you.

The apartment is located on the Golden fields ( Zlatne njive)separate from the house with a separate entrance.It's a 5 minutes by walk from the old town of Kotor and 3 minutes walk from the public beach.The bedroom are two single beds.Kitchen is well equipped and it has all the dishes you need. Apartment has a private bathroom,available parking space,garage for motorcycle and garden with a place to sit.

Dok doruckujete na velikoj zasebnoj terasi, mozete uzivati u pogledu na zidine starog grada. Trzni centar KAMELIJA, kao i dva velika supermarketa su na udaljenosti od pola minuta hoda.
