The cottage was the place where all Kimmel producers and Guillermo enjoyed their time off after the filming in Dildo. Welcome to a very large outdoor property, before entering into this beautifully renovated and spacious, older 2 story home! Step into a large open entryway. On the main floor you’ll find the kitchen, with all the amenities. The dining room, a comfy living room with a 50” TV. Bedroom #1, with a queen bed. A large main bathroom, with laundry facilities. On the second floor, bedroom #2 with a double bed, a half bath and a much larger bedroom #3, also with a queen bed!

Built in 1904 and recently remodelled Saltbox home with many touches of historical charm. Overlooking beautiful Bay Roberts Harbour and close to all amenities including; Wilber Sparks Complex, The Bay Arena, The Shoreline Heritage Trail, The Baccalieu Trail Brewery and the Newfoundland Distillery.
