Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

This appartment is located in the heart of Nice, just where the Old Town blends into the new city, close to The Museum of Modern Art (MAMAC) and the place Garibaldi. The flat overlooks a small square which gives the flat lots of sun and light. Our cosy 2 room apartment with roof terrace is located in the historical center of Nice. Here you can both: just relax after the lockdown, or start your discovery of this beautiful city. By day you can go to the beach, at night you can explore numerous small bars. We provide for you face masks and a little bottle of disinfectant for your excursions of the city.

Palais Bellevue - port of Nice and old town

A wonderful short walk (about 500m) along the coastline brings you the old town of Nice. Our guests have access to a parking free of charge and located close to our apartment. The tram line #2 goes from the airport to the port of Nice.
