Kevin est une personne adorable qui nous a accueilli malgré notre arrivée tardive avec ma femme et mes 2 filles. Nous a dispensé tout ce dont nous avions besoin de savoir pour passer un merveilleux séjour et surtout une visite du loft de fond en comble. Le loft est juste magnifique 🤩 Très bien équipé et très bien situé… Et d’une propreté irréprochable !!! Le Rooftop avec son jacuzzi en accès direct via le loft, une perle rare sur Villeneuve Loubet et une magnifique piscine à débordement avec vue magnifique 🤩 sur le toit de la résidence . Accès direct à la plage, proche de toutes commodités à pieds :boulangerie , restaurants, Intermarché etc… À 30mn de Cannes et de Nice en voiture. Ce fut un merveilleux séjour, encore merci à vous Kevin Au plaisir de vous revoir. Christophe, Delphine Charlie et Juliette

Je voulais vous remercier pour votre accueil et pour l'appartement que vous nous avez réservé. L'appartement est idéalement situé et nous avons pu facilement accéder aux principaux sites touristiques de la ville. Je voulais également vous remercier pour la petite attention que vous avez eue de préparer le lit bébé pour notre fils. C'était très gentil de votre part et cela nous a été très utile. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Nice et nous vous recommandons vivement comme hôte. Merci encore pour tout !

We stayed for a week and loved our time in Nice. The location is very close to the beach, restaurants and various attractions. All within walking distance. Maria was a great host and very responsive to our messages. Would recommend :)

Lejligheden er virkelig dejlig! Og udsigten fra lejligheden er simpelthen vidunderlig. Vi er meget glade for Nice og lejligheden fungerer perfekt for os - den har alt hvad vi har brug for, ligger det helt rigtige sted og er meget nem at holde af! Vi nyder den max! Anne-Marie og Dennis, Danmark.

Merci à Bernard car le logement était impeccable super bien rangé, propre,.. Les photos et la description correspondent parfaitement au logement je vous recommande fortement ce logement vous pouvez faire tout le vieux Nice à pied sinon il y a le tram à côté. Et Bernard est très gentil et réactif.

Air conditioner/air conditioning is cold and works well! Super important in Nice to have A/C. The apartment feels large with high ceilings and had good wifi/internet. Unbeatable location, within walking distance to old town and the Promenade Des Anglais. There is a Lime bike parking zone at the end of the block. Beautiful views of the port from the windows/balcony. I will definitely stay here again next time in Nice!

We had an amazing stay at JeanLuc & Sarah’s place! The area is lively and fun but still peaceful. We could walk practically everywhere we needed and they were responsive and gave great recommendations. The stairs going up are quite intense but it added to the fun. Very memorable trip :) Thank you!!

We had an amazing time at this place! Our host met us when we arrived. We got in a bit earlier than check-in and were able to check in early. Our host gave us a walk-through of the place and showed us the tram nearby and the local grocery stores. We received several suggestions on things to do which was very helpful. We felt right at home. The Airbnb was perfect. It was a great size for us and the view was spectacular. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in Nice. The location is great. It is a bit away from Old Nice but that is easily accessible by tram or bus. You can also walk the promenade and get anywhere with ease. This is a great spot to stay and we would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful Airbnb in an absolutely incredible location. It’s just a few minutes to the best beach in the Riviera. We spent every single day on the beach. The bed and bathroom situation was a bit unique but made it work. There is definitely no privacy, but we loved the space. You can tell how much thought and intention was put into designing it. We had such an amazing trip. It would definitely come back.

Well, the apartment is pretty spectacular. With all the glass, you'll be treated to some beautiful views of the city. The kitchen and living room is expansive with plenty of room to stretch out. The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you would need for meals and we took advantage of that a couple nights during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, although the second bed is better suited for one adult. The bathrooms were clean and outfitted with powerful rain showers. The location is ideal, being close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the tram stop at Alsace Lorraine. You absolutely do not need a car. There are a few flights of stairs to get up to the apartment, but Nicholas was kind enough to help us with our luggage. Overall, our stay was a delight, and we would certainly rent from Nicholas again.

We had a lovely time at Alexandre’s place. The location was great, close to the port and bus station, easy to access many restaurants and bakeries in Nice. Alexandre was very helpful giving us recommendations. Would definitely recommend staying there☺️

Amazing location in the heart of Nice! Right in the centre of town close to lots of restaurants, cafes and public transport! The room was small, but had everything needed! The bed was a loft style bed but super comfy! One thing to note - there are over 80 steps to get to the room, so if you have big suitcases or struggle with stairs I wouldn’t recommend!

Excelente lugar , cerca del puerto lleno de super yates y un paseo largo para caminar , tranvía cerca autobuses y bicicletas que son una buena opción para ir a la zona de la playa por el paseo, el estudio muy bonito y en buenas condiciones!

Encore une super semaine avec les enfants. Je le dis à chaque fois que nous pouvons revenir c’est l’endroit idéal. Impossible d’être déçu. Tout est là : le calme, l’animation, la proximité avec tout. L’appartement est parfait et et Cathy et Alain sont tout simplement plus que parfaits. Allez-y c’est l’adresse qu’il vous faut !!!!!

Ce fut un séjour parfait en raison de l'accueil de Martine et de sa disponibilité, des commodités et de la décoration de son appartement comme de sa localisation qui permet de profiter du centre historique du Cannet avec son musée, ses restaurants, ses ruelles à boutiques d'art et d'artisanat ou de se rendre à Cannes toutes les 10 minutes en autobus dont l'arrêt se trouve pratiquement au pied de la maison. Merci Martine de nous avoir permis de séjourner dans un cadre si agréable!

I had an amazing stay at Anthony's in the heart of Nice! The location could not be better – it's right in the center, with everything you could need just steps away. From trendy cafes and local shops to the beautiful Promenade des Anglais and beach, everything is within easy walking distance, which made exploring Nice incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is stylish, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The host has clearly put a lot of thought into the decor, with lovely touches that made it feel like a home away from home.

Perfekte Lage und wunderbare Gastgeber Das Apartment ist ideal gelegen – sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Es ist großzügig gebaut und bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre, besonders zum Schlafen, da es wirklich außergewöhnlich ruhig ist. Wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Suzanne, François sind äußerst hilfsbereit und haben uns mit vielen wertvollen Tipps zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten versorgt. Dank der tollen Lage haben wir unser Auto kaum genutzt. Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

We had a great Stay in Nice at Greg's place. The place was spotless clean and it was walkable from all good restaurants and the old Nice. The views from the condo was amazing, Susuna was so helpful for us to check in and check out and went out of her way to get us a parking spot. Thanks for making our stay wonderful and wish to come back again.

Lovely little flat for 1 or 2 people for a few days in Nice. Super close to Nice Ville train station and only 10-15 minutes to Nice old town/beaches. Made day trips to Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, and smaller villages very easy.

Logement au top !!!!!! Nous avons très bien été accueilli par Heather. Dès que nous avons une question, la réponse est immédiate. L’appartement est superbe, la literie est impeccable et très confortable, mieux que dans un hôtel ! Très bien équipé et très propre. Il est très bien situé. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation.

Great place to stay for younger people in Nice. The in unit hot tub is amazing and the best perk! The unit is close to the tram station which can get you to the train station or airport easily. The area is tourist friendly and English is widely spoken. As a warning, the unit is on the 5th or 6th floor and there is no elevator and the bed is in a tiny lofted space that only has a few feet above the bed. If you are older or not able to maneuver in tight spaces, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Otherwise, it’s fantastic!

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the local church tower and the water. We couldn’t spend enough time on the patio! The location is perfect, because you don’t have to wheel your luggage up and down the steps in the pedestrian zones, but you are so close to all the restaurants and charm of old town VSM

Gîte grand et spacieux, dans une rue très calme offrant un super panorama de la terrasse. Idéal famille ou groupe se connaissant un peu car l'agencement est similaire à une auberge de jeunesse ou un dortoir de refuge. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et reviendrons volontiers.
