Très bel appartement dans une résidence au calme. La piscine est un réel plus et la terrasse est belle et spacieuse. Accueil très sympathique de Roland. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés. Boulangerie, rôtisserie et pizzeria à proximité.

excellent logement avec une vue superbe sur la mer et les montagnes nous y avons une suoer semaine avec tous les alentours autour .

Otroligt vacker utsikt från lägenheten i ett fantastiskt område med Belle epoque-villor och vacker strandpromenad. Vi hade gärna stannat längre! Trevlig och bra kommunikation med värden, tack för allt!

Magnificent stay at Patrizia’s! We enjoyed our time immensely, especially the patio and easy access to the area. St. Jean Cap Ferrat is a gem! We loved our early morning walks around the peninsula. Patrizia’s home was clean and stocked with some essentials for our stay. Patrizia was always responsive and helpful in all our interactions. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Sabine qui nous a accueillis pour prendre possession de l'appartement. La place de parking est très utile et l'arrêt de tram est à 5' à pied pour se déplacer dans la ville.

Todo fue perfecto, desde el check in con Kevin, el departamento que es hermoso y los dias que pasamos en la Costa Azul. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, con un supermercado enfrente. Las instalaciones funcionan a la perfeccion y estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias maravillosos. Prometimos volver!! Gracias

We had a great stay. The location was exactly what we were looking for, lively nearby but quiet at night. Comfortable apartment. Matthieu made excellent suggestions and was very responsive.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in der tollen Wohnung von Corinne. Haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt! Der Abscheid fiel uns tatsächlich sehr schwer. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, direkt am Meer mit einer richtig schönen und ruhigen Strandpromenade. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge z.B. nach Antibes, Cannes, Nizza, Grasse etc. ist die Lage perfekt! Direkt gegenüber der Wohnanlage ist ein großer Supermarkt, was sehr von Vorteil ist! Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern und entspricht komplett der Beschreibung. Sie ist sehr sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch die gesamte Wohnanlage (gut gesichert) ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Der Infinitiy-Pool am Dach ist ein wahrer Traum! Die Kommunikation mit Corinne war sehr angenehm. Vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out hat alles unkompliziert geklappt. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage war perfekt! Alles in allem war es für uns ein absoluter Traumurlaub. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Endroit formidable, propre et fonctionnel. Situé à deux pas de la plage avec stationnement intérieur privé, grande piscine extérieur et un très beau balcon pour se détendre et profiter de la température extérieure. De plus, notre hôte Brigitte nous a accueillis de façon très chaleureuse et passionnée, avec beaucoup de recommandations de choses à faire dans les environs. Sans oublier que l'épicerie est située juste de l'autre côté de la route, c'est ultra pratique. Nous recommandons fortement ce condo et nous y retournerions n'importe quand!

Our stay at Benoit’s air bnb was wonderful! The view is incredible and we found it easy to walk down into town. The walk is all downhill, so keep in mind the walk back from town is all uphill. However, taking the bus was super easy. Instructions were clear and host was very accommodating and responsive.

la struttura è un po' datata ma tenuta bene. Purtroppo la piscina e lo snack bar erano ancora chiusi. Il punto di forza è la posizione e il parcheggio privato. L'appartamento impeccabile con tutti i comfort, anche se molto piccolo è ben organizzato. fiore all'occhiello è un meraviglioso terrazzo con vista sul golfo

Es un loft precioso con una amplia terraza. La cama muy cómoda y la cocina y baño con todo lo que se necesita. También tiene lavadora y muchas toallas para el baño y para la playa. El lugar es inigualable, enfrente de la playa y muy cerca del centro y paradas de transporte. Amo Niza y ahora mas por haber conocido este loft, regresaré muy pronto!

Nous avons passé un très chouette séjour dans le logement d'Alain, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Alain est très réactif et disponible, nous avons même eu le droit à des recommandations pour dîner après notre arrivée tardive, et un petit déjeuner pour le lendemain. Encore merci!

Très beau loft tel que décrit dans l'annonce, moderne et parfaitement équipé. L'accès aux 2 terrasses permet à la fois de se détendre au soleil (transats, salon de jardin) et de prendre les repas au calme. La piscine et son environnement sont superbes et bien sûr l'accès direct à la plage est un must. Pour le côté pratique, l'accès à pied au supermarché et aux restaurants alentours agrémentent le séjour. Je recommande fortement cette location et son hôte qui est très réactif et professionnel ainsi que Matthieu qui s'est occupé de l'accueil et du départ. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Hôte très accueillant et à l’écoute. Maison très spacieuse, au calme et sans vis à vis. Piscine de bonne taille pour une grande famille et cerise sur le gâteau « réchauffable », ce qui est très agréable en début ou en fin de saison pour pouvoir en profiter.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

Localização excelente pois está perto da praia e suficientemente “longe” do barulho. Fácil para andar a pé com muitos serviços nas redondezas. Anfitrião 5 estrelas sempre pronto a ajudar e de conversa fácil. Esteve sempre preocupado em ajudar em tudo. Os meus parabéns para o senhor Marcello.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B e non posso che consigliarlo a chiunque cerchi un posto accogliente e curato. La casa è bellissima, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Il parcheggio comodo è un grande valore aggiunto, soprattutto per chi viaggia in auto. Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente la proprietaria: gentile, disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Un soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni aspetto, ci tornerò sicuramente!

A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!

Charlottes Place was beautiful with plenty of natural light and large rooms. It was perfect for a family get away- very good location which was close to the port and lots of restaurants near by. The concierge, Firas was wonderful - friendly, very responsive and gave us additional restaurant reconditions. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when I go back to Nice.

Annabelle’s house is a gem! Amazing location, lots of space and loads of natural light. Antibe’s town centre is at most a 10 minute walk and the beach is the same distance away. Annabelle was very responsive to any questions asked and also flexible regarding check out. We would definitely choose her home if we ever come back.
