Our quaint cottage is just minutes from Olcott Beach, the Niagara Wine Trail, and world-famous fishing along Eighteenmile Creek and Burt Dam. Niagara Falls is about 30 miles away and the Buffalo metropolitan area is about 40 miles. End your day with the hot tub, barbecue, and drinks on our deck! Enjoy!

Enjoy our Lakeside Cottage located on Lake Ontario in the quaint town of Olcott, New York! Our Niagara Cottage has everything you will need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable for your friends or family. Relax on the front porch or the back covered patio and enjoy the cool, lake breeze. Our larger, sister property, Hiawatha Cottage is located next door and both places can be rented out if the calendar allows. We have added a few photos to start but are updating as we finish our decorating!

Welcome to our beautiful home on the lake! You will enjoy a large fenced in patio, where you can enjoy the lake view. Inside is a gas fireplace where you can enjoy a 65 inch TV. A full kitchen and separate dining area make meal time easy. Beautiful Krull Park is steps away along with Lakeview shoppes and Carousel Park. (Please note, some attractions are seasonal). Niagara Falls is just half hour away. Let's not forget the Niagara Wine Trails and golf as well as the world renown fishing.

Olcott - This centrally located single family home backs up to Krull Park, a 325 acre park with multiple playgrounds, a splash park, tennis courts, nature trails, softball diamonds, lacrosse fields, horseshoe pits and multiple other activities. It is also within walking distance to downtown Olcott Beach with various restaurants, bars, shops and Newfane Town Marina.
