Charming Waldo Reader's Retreat

When my husband & I first saw this house, I knew it was the perfect place to escape to do my favorite thing - read. I designed it with that in mind. I could see myself reading in front of the wood-burning stove. Reading on the martini deck with coffee in hand. Reading in the afternoon light in the loft or outside on the deck. Located in the heart of Waldo, walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and bars. Brookside/Plaza are minutes away. I hope you love it as much as I do, I know you will.

Kathy's Kottage (near Legends)hot tub-fire pit

First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

The Cottage - Near Downtown KC

Cozy, minimalist style home perfect for your trip away. This house has 2 bedrooms, with an office area, 2 bathrooms, an outdoor oasis, garage, and laundry room. Amenities are two headed shower in master bathroom, dedicated workspace, grill, smoker, fire pit, outdoor seating, and walking trail. Located 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from Royals/Chiefs stadiums. **This is a duplex with a unit in the basement. Separate entrances and access. Guests below do not have access to your unit.

Spacious Luxury Retreat w/ Hot Tub & Movie Theatre

Relax and take a break in this spacious family retreat! Check out the great outdoor space with 8-person hot tub, firepit and quite patio. Relax inside on the 12' sectional and watch your favorite movie on a 150" screen! Little kids will love swinging on the back yard playset, or climbing on the 25' pirate ship and two-story castle! Pool table in the game room is great for all ages! All bedrooms feature plush bedding and high quality mattresses and smart TVs. Full kitchen cutlery and utensils.

The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

Convenient Overland Park cottage on quiet street

Come relax in this 2 bed/2 bath cottage and enjoy the privacy of an 800 sq foot single family home. Master has queen bed and it's own private bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. A queen size aerobed mattress is provided for extra sleeping room. Has a 50" flat screen TV equipped with Netflix/DVD player. Kitchen has granite counters and is fully stocked to make any great meal. Dining table seats 4 and kitchen seats another 3. Backyard with fire-pit. Pets welcome. Yard is only partially fenced.

The Farmhouse at Greentree

Built in 1910 with a backdrop of the barn built the same year, The Farmhouse is cozy and quiet.
