Come enjoy the country location in our quiet neighborhood and still be only minutes from town! Our gorgeous view of the snowcapped San Juan Mountains will greet you upon arrival! We are close to many adventures including the Black Canyon National Park, Ridgway, Ouray and Telluride. Located only 8 minutes to Montrose Regional Airport and a few minutes to downtown Montrose with restaurants, shops, 3 golf courses and an amazing rec center with pools, rock climbing, pickleball & exercise equipment.

The Sky Casita Suite Peaceful Country Views

✨ Enjoy a relaxing stay in our upstairs Casita apartment, complete with a private entrance that leads to a cozy BBQ patio. This clean and comfortable retreat offers a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a welcoming living area with a queen-size sofa bed, for extra guests. The master bedroom features a luxurious California king bed with fresh white linens for a restful night’s sleep. (Please note: the master bedroom does not have a door. May be important if you are seeking complete privacy.)

Flat at "The Edge"

An architect's studio. This modern, unique space is new construction in an existing building. It’s on "The Edge" of colorful Cedaredge with the Grand Mesa and its 300 lakes only 20 minutes away. Hike, swim, fly fish, off road, mountain bike, cross country ski, antique, or visit great wineries and restaurants in the surrounding area. Sit on our south deck and sun or meditate with the sound of Surface Creek just a few feet away. Finish it all off with a walk on beautiful Surface Creek Trail.

Cozy Basement in Heart of Paonia

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.

Downtown Montrose Apartment, 12 Mi to Nat’l Park!

Discover the vast beauty of the Western Slope with this charming Montrose, Colorado, vacation rental as your home base. Spend your days hiking in Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, then kick back at a local brewery for dinner and a drink. Rest up for the next day’s adventure as you cozy up on the couch with a movie on the Smart TV.

Unit 6: Queen Suite /w Kitchenette

Local Ponderosa Pine and luxurious touches make this cozy room feel like a cabin in the woods. It has a kitchenette and is outfitted with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (with supply of coffee & tea), dining table & chairs, dishware, utensils, dish soap and towels!!! This room has custom lighting built into the crown trim-work. Though the room is limited on space, the log wrapped shelf and hanging rack provides plenty of storage space in the vanity area.

Lovely Loft on Grand Avenue

Beautiful, fully renovated, historic building overlooking Grand Avenue; steps away from boutiques, art galleries and restaurants. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while planning your day filled with wine tours, hiking and exploring the surrounding beauty. Return home to your cozy studio loft apartment, fully equipped with all new appliances, granite countertops and local artist offerings. In the summer, if you need a cool space, there is A/C!

Carriage House Bungalow!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The carriage house was just recently remodeled and guests moved in immediately without ever placing an add. Unfortunately we did not get final furnished photos, but will update this weekend after move out. This is a real gem centrally located in easy walking distance of local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and more.

View Pointe

View Point is a unique space. The views of the San Juan Mountains are spectacular. You'll have your private entrance and the entire downstairs. Enjoy your coffee on the patio while my chickens keep you laughing. The hot tub is available for your use. We hope you love our home as much as we do.
