Sit on our south deck and sun or meditate with the sound of Surface Creek just a few feet away. Finish it all off with a walk on beautiful Surface Creek Trail.

This apartment is steps away from all of historic downtown Montrose's shopping and dining and the perfect base for exploring Southwest Colorado's amazing attractions. Centrally located near Black Canyon NP, Ouray and Telluride. Five minute drive to MTJ.

Cozy Basement in Heart of Paonia

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.
