We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). One mile from downtown Carpinteria and the state beach. Custom designed 320 sqft tiny home with a 400 sqft deck for perfect indoor/outdoor living. A relaxed and comfortable place to stay with full sized appliances, tall ceilings and 2 sleeping lofts. Plenty of space for 1-2 people, a small family, or 4 adventurous people. Large Zen Studio Amidst Nature

Large 500sf studio, private entrance off 460 sf patio/garden w shower/kitchenette on 23 acre mountain organic farm. Close to many hikes, 5 miles to Ojai . Same roof with main house but separated by 2 doors + corridor, sleeps 2-5 in queen, single bed and sleeper couch (by request). Kitchenette is very well equipped , WiFi + 55" screen with Cable TV W/D, BBQ, private hikes & stars. Visit our HipVegan Restaurant in downtown.
