Tree lined garden cottage - no cleaning fees

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Very Central to do day trips to Rotorua, Taupo, Waitomo caves, Hobbiton. Breathe the fresh country air at this contemporary architecture retreat. On the outside, the home features a sleek industrial aesthetic and a private outdoor bath, while the inside bursts with a boutique design style, neutral greys, and wood accents. The country stay is located down a typical New Zealand country road. Surrounded by dairy farms and kiwi fruit orchards, guests may see farmers about their daily work. Only 1.2kms off the Waikato River Trail it is a perfect base for those wanting to explore by bike.

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

The Container Ship

The Container Ship is New Zealand’s first and only fully restored Container Airship. It appeared in 2021 tethered above our sheep paddock, on our small lifestyle block located right on the southern boundary of Hamilton. The origin of the ship is believed to be from an unknown multi-verse.
