Cabin overlooking the water with 2 rooms & 2 lofts on 50 acres. 32'×20' patio with grills to cook on, lots of patio furniture to lounge on. Kitchen, and dining room inside along a bathroom that has a washer and dryer. Access to the river, a dock, amazing fishing off the dock or from Kayak's, paddle boards, a canoe and row boat available. Big yard for outdoor fun, trails to hike on, fire pit at night, fun for everyone!

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. Otter's Holt - Hillside retreat on beautiful lake

Welcome to Otters’ Holt! Nestled among maples on a tree-filled hillside, this newly renovated cottage boasts stunning lake views. Relax with a book in the dappled shade on the wrap-around deck, or bask in the sun on the dockside platform. Play cottage games or have fun in the water on the oversized float mat, canoe, kayak or standup paddleboard. Create unforgettable memories as you paddle or fish on the quiet lake, watch the herons fly by, listen to the loons or spot an otter or two!

Come to The Lake House Loft for a relaxing visit!

The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

2 Bedroom Vintage Suite (mid-term available)

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.

Cottontail Cabin with Hot Tub and wood fired Sauna

Cottontail Cabin, nestled on 22 acres of serene woods! This is the perfect retreat for those seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway in the heart of nature. The cabin is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. With 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch, the cabin can accommodate up to 6 guests. The cabin features infloor heating and a woodstove to keep you warm and cozy. We have a full-size hot tub and a wood fired sauna!

Rideau Retreat

Located on the Big Rideau Lake. Right on the water. Relax on the dock with your morning coffee. This Log Home will give you and your family an experience of a life time. You can relax outside by the fire pit, sing songs, roast marshmallows. The Log Home has everything you need for your stay! There is so much to do with you and your loved ones. Take a kayak ride from out dock feel energized or use Rideau Retreat as a Bridal Suite.

A private entrance to apartment on 2nd fl. (above a garage). Comfortable for up to 4 people; clean & well-maintained with all the needed amenities; makes for an easy stay. The space is dog friendly (prior approval required). Outdoor yard space on property is limited use (weather permitting). Also a quick walk to SLU campus & downtown Canton or trek across town to SUNY Canton.
