Self contained 2 bed wing of cottage sleeping 4 on the edge of a pretty South Warwickshire village in close proximity to Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford on Avon and The Cotswolds. Dating back to Elizabeth I this modernised cottage looks over fields to the front and rear in centrally heated accommodation over two floors. Please note this property does not include a full kitchen, there is a kitchenette area with microwave, kettle and toaster together with tea/coffee and a selection of cereals.

Offa Hideaway is very comfortable, & close to everything Leamington has to offer. Enjoy surprising peace just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Your room has an ensuite, double bed with Vispring mattress, table, TV, wifi, kitchenette (microwave, hot plates, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, fridge) and storage. Tea, coffee & basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, muesli), linen & towels are provided. If you would like a fuller supply of breakfast items at a small extra charge, please ask.

Charming grade 2 listed farm building, former home to farm animals. NO GATHERINGS,EXTRA GUESTS, VISITORS, CHILDREN OR PETS PERMITTED ON SITE AT ANY TIME.

The property is a self-contained annex built onto a bungalow. There is off-road parking for 2 cars. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a room with kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. There is a decking area & a shared garden. WiFi included. It is within 10 minutes’ walk of Earlsdon (with its restaurants, cafes, pubs, and coffee shops) and Canley Ford nature reserve. We provide a welcome pack (bread, milk, coffee, tea, toiletries) and some Honesty Food (& drink) - pay or replace.

Stareton Cottage is a lovely two bedroomed house, with it's own walled courtyard garden, furnished to a high standard, with views over an open field. It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.

Cherry Tree Cottage is ideal for that staycation, a base for visiting local attractions or a base for those working away from home.
