Tolle, ruhige Ecke mit schönem Badeplatz und Boot in der Nähe. Traumhafter Ausblick auf den Fjord. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Nur bei uns etwas viel Regen.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Haus am Fjord und sind genauso begeistert wie bei unserem ersten Urlaub hier. Das Haus ist wirklich etwas besonderes. So nah am Wasser kennen wir keine andere Unterkunft. Der Fjord ist jeden Tag anders. Selbst an regnerischen Tagen ist es wunderschön. Gemütliche Wohnzimmer, perfekt ausgestattete Küche und Sauna garantieren perfekten Urlaub auch wenn das Wetter launisch ist. Wir haben viele fische gefangen, im Fjord gebadet, gewandert, Unmengen Beeren gesammelt und SUP gefahren. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit 😁

Ida and Torstein are amazing hosts. They showed us the area, shared the history of the place and recommended beautiful hikes around. The house is charming and has plenty of genuine details, which made us curious about the place we had a pleasure to stay in. One can find everything what is needed in the house: kitchen equipment, stunning view from windows, cozy fireplace and positive vibes of slowing down 🥰 The place is definitely highly recommended! Takk for oss! 🫶

We spent fantastic days at Kjetils house, it was just like we hoped it to be according to the pictures, very cozy house (even bigger living/kitchen area than we expected) in a stunning landscape. Of course spending the long dark nights in the outdoor pool was not only for our children an absolut highlight! (And eben seeing the northern lights one day!) Kjetil always answered immediately any question, just had some minor issues when we arrived in the dark. We would definitely like to come back one day!

A few weeks later and we are still dreaming about this place. The home itself is so idyllic and traditional, we felt so lucky to stay here. Sandvikstorget is so peaceful and quiet and if you stay here then it’s easy to strike a balance between hygge and the bustling city atmosphere. Strolling around this area we saw an abundance of beautiful architecture and nearby was Falske Reker wine bar which is perfect for watching the sunset plus the amazing Bakeri 29 for breakfast / lunch. The house was spotless and although it was small, every inch of space has been used efficiently which made it feel more spacious and cosy. We particularly loved the bathroom layout. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need to make a home-cooked meal and the supermarket around the corner was so useful. We truly cannot fault this place and have recommended it to all of our friends. We can only hope you return again in the future!

Vi ble ønsket velkommen samme dag, vi var 9 personer og alt var klart og perfekt. Huset er stort, romslig og vi har hatt det veldig, veldig komfortabelt. 100% anbefalt. Jarle er imøtekommende og svarer veldig raskt.

Nydelig leilighet på en nydelig beliggenhet! Veldig fint at det er rett ved bussholdeplass, da slipper man å leie bil. Agata svarte kjempefort og var veldig behjelpelig. Behagelige senger og fine rom.

We had a lovely stay here, the house is very private, with a wonderful view onto the fjord - exactly like in the photos. It is a perfect size for a small family, the huge smart TV was nice to have and the kitchen was new and well equipped. Communication was great from the time of booking until the end of our stay, always responsive and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Vi var 8 voksne som har hatt et flott opphold i en innholdsrik kjellerleilighet med en utrolig fin utsikt. Kort avstand til Røldalterasse og skianlegget. Påsken 2025 vil bli husket som minnerik og gøy. Espen som vert må oppleves. Han ville bare det beste for oss. Meget god kommunikasjon. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Logement parfait ! Bien placé et typique. Un vrai cocon. Propre, hyper bien équipé comme j’ai jamais eu ça ! Literie parfaite, propre. Seules les nuits peuvent être bruyantes car des personnes restent dans la rue à discuter etc jusqu’au petit matin. À prendre en compte si vous avez le sommeil léger. Mais sinon tout se fait à pied et facile d’accès depuis l’aéroport. J’adore cet endroit !

Ich war mit vier Freunden dort und es hat uns allen super gefallen. Die Unterkunft war wirklich wunderschön und sauber. Die Wohnung hat viele Haushaltsmittel, Gewürze und Krimskrams geboten, wodurch wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Die Lage war außerdem auch sehr optimal, weil man schnell im Zentrum war aber dennoch Ruhe hatte. Auf Nachrichten wurde schnell geantwortet. Alles im Ganzen, war die Unterkunft perfekt :)

Very friendly host. Apartment was nice and clean, very good space. Near distance to the city and have restaurants near by. Good location with good view over the fjords. Apartment erea was quiet and clean. highly recommended 👌

Apartment was very clean and aesthetic with a great window view. All major attractions were nearby and the location is at the city center. Enjoyed our time, very comfortable.

We spent our winterbreak holiday at her place for the second time around. It felt like a home away from home. It has newly renovated bathroom. Almost everything we needed was readily available. Berit was very welcoming. The kids had fun and we would denitely come back. Highly recommended

Helt fantastisk ophold med den sødeste og hjælpsomme vært. Ryddede for sne og hjalp os hele vejen igennem. Super gæstfri og bare enormt venligt par. Lejligheden var hyggelig og vi fik super anbefalinger.

Vi var superfornøyd med leiligheten, fantastisk beliggenhet, topp kvalitet, rent og pent og meget imøtekommende vertskap. Vi kan anbefale trygt denne plassen og kommer gjerne igjen!

Si vous avez l'occasion de passer vos vacances chez Trude et Bjorn, vous serez des voyageurs très chanceux! Ce sont des hôtes qui mettent tout en œuvre pour que votre séjour soit agréable, ils sont disponibles pour tous les conseils et recommandations que vous sollicitez, prenant plaisir à échanger avec vous avec humour et gentillesse; c'est une très belle rencontre. L'appartement est incroyable, il a tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin, il est d'une propreté irréprochable, il est très joli, accueillant et il a une vue sur le fjord magnifique. Concernant sa localisation, Il y a une petit supermarché à 5 min à pieds qui permet un ravitaillement facile, et via la route de la côte qui est très belle, il y a possibilité de prendre des ferry à proximité (20 min) pour faciliter le passage sur l'autre coté du fjord. Ce sont un séjour et des hôtes que nous n'oublierons pas et nous ne pouvons que recommander chaleureusement leur location dans laquelle nous reviendrons assurément !

Our visit in August 2024 is an absolute holiday highlight. Birger's cottage by the lake is definitely one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited. We had fantastic days, kayaking, sunbathing and fishing. All in heavenly peace and quiet, yet only 15 minutes from Haugesund. The cottage itself is very well maintained and lovingly furnished; everything you need is there. Birger was always available and was always helpful with advice. Definitely recommended!

Das Haus ist noch schöner und größer, als man es auf den Bildern sehen konnte. Das Boothaus am haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, bietet jedoch bei jeglichem Wetter eine gute Möglichkeit Zeit am Wasser zu verbringen. Die Hosts sind sehr nett, wir wurden direkt begrüßt und uns wurde die Unterkunft gezeigt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Koselig hytte med veldig fin beliggenhet. En vakker hage og kort vei ned til vannet. Hytta er innredet i en gammel og koselig stil. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

Tor ist ein sehr herzlicher, aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft von Tor ist extrem sauber, sowie gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie sieht besser aus als auf den Bildern. Der Garten bietet viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben Tor's Gesellschaft sehr geschätzt und können seine Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.

Huset var både romslig og sjarmerende, med god beliggenhet. Husverten var vennlig og svarte med en gang. Vi kommer svært gjerne tilbake!

Ok: if you're into resting & doing some work at a peaceful location then this is it! Cozy, warm, everything works. (If you're there to have a party, then stay far far away from it - the place is calm and peaceful and doesn't need you turning on your lousy, cheap JBL and howling towards the mountains "how amazing you are for existing" ) Anyhow :D , it's one of the pearls of planet: no tourism - just natural beauty and being. If you haven't had a farm-/summerhouse, you might be a bit "stuck up", how everything isn't entirely spot clean or new, but for humans, it's a sincere, cozy place that has been treated with respect - and you should too ! ;) I'll bring my stingy attitude (because I really enjoyed it and wish it lasted for decades) a bit more down and say: go and have a great time! It's a real experience (especially if you're from a flat land)! :)

Notre séjour chez Sverre et Kristin s’est très bien déroulé dans une charmante maison, authentique, chaleureuse et douillette ! Sverre et Kristin nous ont conseillés et accueillis avec bienveillance et toujours le souci de répondre à nos attentes. Ce sont des hôtes avec lesquels il est très facile de communiquer et d’organiser son séjour. Merci beaucoup !
