Out of the Blue, Great Ocean View!

This comfortable beach cottage is located just one house back from the ocean, but offers great ocean/sound views from 4 decks. Imagine, just steps to the beautiful Frisco Beach! The top level is open layout, cathedral ceilings, and a spacious kitchen. This level also provides access to both the ocean-facing sun deck and the back sun deck. The first level master BR has a private deck. Although the listing says it’s a 13 minute walk to the beach, that likely includes packing the cooler time!

OBX Tree House (Avon, NC)

Welcome to the "OBX Treehouse," only steps away from the most beautiful stretch of beach in the Outer Banks north of Avon's pier. Explore all of the great restaurants, shops, activities, and bars nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. Private Hatteras Island home on a serene, secluded lake nestled in the trees. Located in beautiful Kinnakeet Shores, which offers various boardwalks with direct access to the sound and the beach. Under the house is covered parking, a charcoal park grill, picnic table, and a large outdoor shower. The house is a quick 7-minute walk to the beach, the sound, and the pool, it is also convenient walking distance to area restaurants, stores, and the big a big chain grocery store.

Waterman's Bunk House on Oyster Creek

This is a small beach cottage located on one of the canals in the Oyster Creek area of Ocracoke. There's a kitchen and living area and two bedrooms and full bathroom with tub on the first floor. The second floor is an open loft area with no door and is the third sleeping area. There is a bathroom with shower on the second floor. The best part of the house is the large screen porch over looking the canal. There are kayaks on site for you to use and water access.

Bubba's Cottage, Charming A-frame Oceanfront

Charming oceanfront A-frame nestled in grove of trees at the end of a quiet street with views to the dunes. It's a short 2-minute walk down private path in front of the house over the dune to the beach. Versatile cottage for those who want to disconnect and relax (with a lot of options to entertain yourself and the kiddos), but also has upstairs work space with 24'' monitor for those who need to plug in while others are relaxing, exploring, or enjoying the beach.
