☀Fun Flamingo: Beachfront/Quiet Retreat/Best Views

The Fun Flamingo is a charming 1950’s ranch bungalow directly on the beach of Alligator Point; part of Old Florida's Forgotten Coast. A great getaway for enjoying the ocean and its habitat. The 11-window ocean-facing sunroom has amazing views and is a great place to watch dolphins play just off-shore. Or just a few steps outside the back and you're enjoying the endless beaches of Alligator Point. 2 bedrooms, a bunkroom & 2 baths. 8 guests limit. And while a pet is allowed, there is $120 fee.

Spring Creek Getaway

No Pets! In the first photo, both homes are ours—the right side is our oyster operation, Forgotten Bay Oysters, and the left is where you’ll be staying. We’re sometimes nearby but often out on the water, so you’ll have plenty of privacy. Spring Creek is home to some of the largest underwater springs, with spring boils you can kayak to. It’s also great for flats fishing. Enjoy local restaurants along the water, some with live music. There are also biking trails that lead to nearby springs 😉

Our Hip Nautic beach house on Alligator Point is located on a private beach where you can escape the crowds, enjoy a white sand beach, incredible wildlife of dolphins, sea turtles, bald eagles, deer, and much more. Relax to a simpler life that hasn't given way to high-rises and commercialism. Great local restaurants are 15 minutes from your doorstep. Tallahassee airport is a 50 minute drive. Beautiful Gulf Front Home with amazing views!

Take walks on the beach, enjoy beautiful sunsets, or meet new friends at the Tiki Hut or Marina (across the street). See dolphins and birdwatch from the deck or the inside living area. Like to cook? The kitchen is well equipped with double ovens and a Viking gas stove. Watch a football game & enjoy a cocktail from the downstairs porch tiki bar or take a nap in the hammock.

By the Sea

3 night minimum. This spacious, over 2,100 sq/ft condo, sits on the Gulf of Mexico with a 500 foot fishing pier at your doorstep. There are 10 by 20 foot decks overlooking the Gulf on both levels of the condo. Have morning coffee on the deck on the main level and enjoy the stars from the deck just off the master suite at night. Condo is on the end so you can see all the way down the coast. We are just a half hour from the best beach in the US, with a good public beach even closer.
