The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

There is room in the bedroom for a queen airbed if you are a couple and bringing a kid or two and don't mind the squeeze, but otherwise this is ideal for a couple. The beach features cool rock formations, a fresh water tidal creek ideal for kids to play in, a long gentle surf break for wading. The beach access is literally right out the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside, enjoy the electric fireplace and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Private stairway to beach below with fire pit. Few minutes walk down the road to local restaurant/bars/stores. Bay watching home!
