As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. The property has a private deck and full kitchen and is comfortably furnished with reliable wifi. House-trained dogs are welcome. Sorry, no other pets are allowed. We have a Ring doorbell with an inbuilt camera. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bedding.
