Our home is just 1.5 miles from the Oceano dunes and beach, 3 miles from the iconic Pismo Pier, and a few blocks from some of the best Mexican restaurants in the county! Close to Pismo Beach Outlets and a variety of grocery stores. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, peaceful. Only a quick drive to downtown Arroyo Grande and an easy 25 minute drive to downtown SLO and Cal Poly.

1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku, large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Longer stays available, just ask. Calendar is often blocked, but we can open dates.

Hidden oasis..escape to tranquility..

Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem! I'd also appreciate good behavior from dogs ..being barked or snarled at in my yard isn't acceptable and I spend a little time every day in my yard.. please leash if not trained

Our Grover Beach apartment has an ocean view and lots of natural light. It is perfectly located within a couple miles of the Pismo Pier, Arroyo Grande village, and Oceano dunes. It is a .6 mile walk from the beach. It is approx. 650 SF including a living room with sofa bed, private bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom. Also included; free use of surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, bikes, and portable air conditioner. NOTE: This unit is upstairs. STR Permit #0135

Enjoy a little getaway in this cottage by the beach. It’s cozy and simple with all the features of comfort. Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.
