This place was amazing, spotlessly clean, it has everything we needed, enough toiletries, kitchen well equipped. We arrived late in the evening and were able to feel right at home. The amenities are great and the place is secluded and still close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend for families with young kids. They have a private beach ideal for families with young kids, no big waves, shallow and plenty of sand to play with. I would definitely go back there again.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and so incredibly comfortable. The views were superb and the beds were so comfy. Host communication was top-notch. Definitely recommend this place for anyone!

We had a great stay! The pictures are accurate, the condo was clean and the view was wonderful!

The condo is spacious, 2 blocks from the beach and enclosed by a private patio. There are restaurants all around, a cvs, a mcdonalds, and a 7/11 for nicknacks and whatamacallits. Beautiful space, easy going, and no complaints. Enjoy it. 😃

39 Fountain Drive W #4A was exactly as described. Located in a gated community on the bayside, it was minutes from everything on Coastal Highway and the boardwalk. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance, but there’s a small market, bar & grill, gym, indoor and outdoor pool all on the property, as well as beaches on the bay and a pier that we frequented daily to crab and fish with the kids. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the scenery was beautiful. The beach on the ocean side is a short 2-block walk. The condo was beautiful with plenty of room for 7 (3 adults and 4 kids). The unit was clean and had all the working amenities that were listed in the description. The door was unlocked using a key code so there was no need for us to worry about losing or forgetting our keys. We had no issues during our stay and Christian responded quickly to any of our questions. We had a great week at Ocean City and would recommend this unit to my family and friends!

The unit was what we needed. Came for Springfest. Location was great. Unit had all we needed. Other units do have 3 full bathrooms vs this one had 2 1/2. Was not issue for us. Master bed was a bit firm for us. They supplied everything including nice bath towels and full kitchen supplies. Patio is huge great for morning coffee and afternoon conversations

Michelle’s place was absolutely beautiful. Felt like a fancy resort with the kitchen dreams are made of. Two lazy boys in living room made me want to live there. Beds were super comfy and didn’t creak which is helpful when sleeping with your baby in a pack and play. Everything was very clean. One of those places you always want to keep clean to keep it picture perfect! Water pressure was amazing, views were to die for and to wake up for, and it is literally on the beach. So nice they have bathrooms on 2nd floor for beach potty breaks. Pool was amazing (not too hot, not too cold) - Big too. My kids loved it. Check in etc was exactly as described and Michelle was so kind the whole time accepting our very very last min reservation. Can’t speak highly enough of her hosting abilities and her kindness. So excited to try and stay here again next year!! Thanks for a great week! Worth every penny! Also building was quiet and elevators were fast! Whole condo building was very clean.

Jordan’s place was perfect for our family. Fantastic location, we loved the community, super clean and safe environment. The amenities were awesome! There is also a storage unit with a wagon that came in handy for walking g to the bay and beach. Lots to walk to for fun or restaurants. Quick drive to the boardwalk like 7mins.

This place is beautiful! It was the perfect family getaway. Donna was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The description and instructions we’re very accurate. The condo looked just like the photos. You can’t beat the views! If you need a good, beach vacation, this is the spot to book!

Kristyn’s place was perfect for a weekend away at the beach. My friends and I were very comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. The balcony is larger than expected and the ocean view was lovely. We also enjoyed the amenities on the property.

Had a great weekend at The Quay. Great instructions and a proactive host made everything extremely easy. A very nice interior and a walkable location made for a peaceful and relaxing weekend

This was a great stay overall the grill was not what the picture says and the place also looks smaller in the pictures. Everyone was still able to move around freely so I must say it was pretty spacious.

We had a great time with friends and family over the weekend at your house. it was perfectly sized and spacious. The added advantage of having access to the clubhouse was a perfect arrangement for kids. Sharing a very few things that we think can be improved upon - a. Given the winters are off peak time for this beach town and the fact that outdoor amenities are not usable such as Tennis, Basketball and Pickleball courts, the clubhouse rate is steep. b. Having to carry our own linens is not that big an issue but does add more luggage. at least towels should have been provided. c. None of the toilets had any toiletries. It was clarified before the trip that toiletries will be provided so we were caught off guard. d. The powder room which is the only toilet in the first floor, did not have Trash Can. Otherwise, it was a good outing. There was something to do for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed. Lynn was generous enough and allowed early check-in.

We had a family gathering with my mom for Thanksgiving at Rob’s place and it was amazing and so nice. Had all the amenities and more for all of us , especially in the kitchen because we all like to cook a lot !! The rooftop is so very nice with the view and we all were like, WOW this is beautiful and to capture sunrises and sunsets. We all enjoyed the theater room watching great movies and having popcorn ! We will definitely be back to enjoy family time and the beach, of which was only a 1 min walk. Oh and enjoyed art work in the house !!🎨🖌️

This home is full of ammenjties and high end appliances! Communication was fantastic and they were always quick to respond to any questions! Attention to detail and considerations for guests needs were clearly a bonus at this rental!

This property was perfect as it was a place of celebration for my birthday and an anniversary. We had invited guests who were comfortably accommodated. Spacious and quiet with an enclosed porch/patio area. We socialized and enjoyed the media content provided on the screen in the living room, and in our bedroom. We felt right at home. We now have a memorable experience. Thanks to our precision oriented host.

Barbara is an AMAZING host and has a lovely home that we thoroughly enjoyed for this short but lovely family getaway. The place was spotless: clutter free, super clean and beautifully designed. We could tell that Barbara put her heart and sole into making her condo feel like home for every guest. The place is located in a beautiful area that is pedestrian friendly, which was super important to us as we travelled with a toddler. It’s also minutes away from the beach while at the same time far away from noisy streets. Barbara was extremely accommodating with the check in/out time and responded to all our inquiries within minutes. We would come back without a hesitation! P.S on a side note the place was very well adapted for a toddler with some books, toys and even noise machines in every room:) we found this to be a great bonus for our family!

Marcelo's place was an amazing place to stay for the weekend. Hose was very clean and environment was very peaceful. A very beautiful house I must say and will definitely recommend the house to anyone who wants to have such a beautiful place to stay. Will come back again to this house next year.

I loved this place so much we tried to extend at the last minute! I traveled with 2 adults and 5 kids. everyone has their own space and loved every minute of it. It's perfect for families or large groups. The clubhouse pool was clutch for the kids with the relatively cool weather. the proximity to ocean city is also azimg. I promise you'll love this place. Amy is super communicative and responsive. we are already hoping to stay here later this year.

We had a great end of summer escape with family including 5 kids and Anjali’s beach house was the perfect home away from home with plenty of space and comfy hang out rooms, very clean and easy to get to Bethany Beach which we really enjoyed. Booking was easy, communication was fast and helpful. There is even a shuttle to the beach which we didn’t use but looked cute. Highly recommend, especially for young kids who will love the house and the area.
