The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. The Cottage is a charming 1 bedroom w/full kitchen, sofa bed & private courtyard w/plunge pool.

Quaint Converted Barn

Terrific space with loads of light and openness. Overlooking golf course, hayloft converted into king bed with twin bunks in office nook and 1.5 baths. It's the perfect place to get away from it all. Barn converted into residence. Comfy, quiet and serene. First level has living room, dining room and a half bath with a spiral to the hayloft which is open to below and divided by closets that create the office nook but permit light over them. The barn is open, only the bathrooms have doors.

Peaceful and relaxing condo on the bay. Great for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. Just a short walk to the beach, playground, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. On-site heated pool for your use. Paddle board/kayak ramp located on property along with several char-grills overlooking the bay. The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

4 Bedroom Beach House - “Two Tides”

A spacious 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom beach rental only few blocks away from Spring Lake beaches. Newly renovated and each bedroom conveniently has its own bathroom. The home has a large yard that looks onto Wreck Pond with a private pool and outdoor dining area. Super easy access to local shore towns. Note: Spring Lake Heights requires that we file a Certificate of Occupancy for each stay. I will need the name, DOB and pictures of the drivers license for each guest that will be staying.

Perfect family/couple get away. First floor apartment with a futon couch. Mostly everything is brand new. Clean and adorable unit. Pool and outside shower for after the beach. Funtown beach badges. Bikes on the property to use. All new appliances. New memory foam mattress and pillows. New carpet. Queen size bed. 3 blocks from beach. The open bay is right across the street with a beautiful breakfast place overlooking it. Pool and deck is great for summer days. It's a 1 bed 1 futon.

The 600 sq. ft. apartment is remodeled to provide a relaxed, beach getaway ambiance so you could enjoy a care free getaway. After waking from a restful slumber in the king-size bed, enjoy a beautiful oceanside morning walk to get your coffee at the local bakery or the local coffee shop. After you’ve grabbed your coffee, explore all that highlands has to offer.
