Large dining table for games and puzzles. 3 BR (2 full, 4 twin). 1 Full bath, one half bath. During season stay Sunday to Sunday, Sun to Thurs or Thurs to Sunday. Check in ANY DAY during the off season for as little as three days. Pets allowed with pet fee. Please provide your linens (sheets and towels)

Remodeled 1940s Cottage! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The Cottage offers guests a relaxing front porch with a table, chairs and a porch swing. The cottage sleeps 4 guest comfortably with 2 bedrooms with queen beds. The Bonus room can sleep 2 guests. Please inquire if you need to sleep 5 or 6. Remodeled kitchen has new cabinets and appliances. We offer books, games, wifi and a roku to watch your favorite streaming apps. A tall privacy fence ensures the safety of your pets.

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. That includes service or support animals. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.

The Historic Backdoor Cottage in Southport, NC

The charming Backdoor Cottage is located in the Historic District of Southport, NC. It's named the Backdoor Cottage because you park and enter through the backdoor into the living space. It is within walking distance of the whole Historic District including the waterfront, restaurants, shops, churches and art galleries. Much of the art work in the cottage was done by local artists. Watch Nicholas Sparks' movie, Safe Haven, if you'd like to see what Southport looks like. It was filmed here.

115 Cozy Cottage

Cottage is 2 bedroom, 2 bath with hardwood floors, stainless appliances, screened porch and deck for grilling. Linens are provided with washer/dryer in home. Each bedroom has attached private bath for privacy. Beach is 10 minute walk over the nature bridge behind the Rec center. If you want to drive to beach- .5 miles to 40th street public access. This property is perfect for a small family or 2 couples to share. NO PETS. NO SMOKING PLEASE
