The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Das gemütliche 1-Raum Appartement ist ca. 25 qm groß, hat ein Wohn-Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche/WC. 2022 wurde es neu renoviert. Eine sep. Küche gibt es nicht, also auch keine Kochgelegenheit, jedoch Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr und Wasserkocher. Das App. strahlt einen "Wohlfühlcharakter" aus mit schönen Möbeln und stimmigem Licht.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ca. 5 Minuten oberhalb von Ramsau im Zillertal. In der Nähe gibt es einige tolle Restaurants. Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft mit schöner Aussicht über Zillertaler Bergwelt und großer Sonnen-Terrasse. Unsere Unterkunft ist bestens geeignet für Paare, Familien (mit Kindern), große Gruppen.

Apartment "DUCHESS" ist sehr geräumig ( ca.110 qm), verfügt über zwei Schlafräume, 2Bäder ( ein Bad mit Badewanne / das zweite Bad mit Dusche ) und einen eigenen Garten. Das besondere an diesem Apartment ist die einzigartige Architektur eines 500 Jahre alten und sehr behutsam restaurierten Hofes.

Mountain hut at 1100 meters above sea level, 6 km from Grosio, 20 km from Bormio with the possibility to reach other goals such Livigno and Tirano (red Bernina train). For the nature lovers there is the possibility to organize excursions on foot along the paths of our valley.
