This is freshly renovated 2 bedroom, one bath duplex home. With all brand new furniture and appliances, tasteful decorations, a 72 inch tv with sound bar and sub, you may not want to leave! We are in a downtown location, a block from Restaurants, hotels and shopping, it’s the perfect location for business or pleasure. We are one block off of highway 120/108, so it’s convenient, but at rush hour you’ll likely hear some traffic. Washer/dryer in the garage. Please leave your shoes at the door.

Also if you love animals as much as we do, you can help feed our furry and feathered friends .Either way....Prepare to fall in love!

Open Spacious Poolside Paradise in Modesto

Perfect for couples or groups of all sizes. This private poolside retreat allows you to relax and enjoy your time together. Gather to break bread in the spacious open kitchen and great room while sharing laughs, chats, and memories. Note: During fall/winter 2025, the grass will be undergoing maintenance to prepare it for spring. Other than that, the home is a wonderful living space. We invite you to bring friends, co-workers, and loved ones under one roof at this home away from home. =)

The COZY SPOT - Oakdale!

The Cozy SPOT Oakdale is a great stop over point on your way to the Sierras, Yosemite or if you're in town visiting family and friends. Full use of cozy home to relax includes BBQ, Hulu and WIFI. Fresh new look with new flooring throughout the house, new linens and furniture! A Ping Ping Table in the garage adds to the fun during your stay. Oh and a Pool! Pool safety fencing and self closing gate with safety latch allows parents to relax on the patio without any worries!

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft from room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The building is new construction and has upgraded amenities. Bathroom is equipped with heated vanity medicine cabinet. LG Washer/Dryer are full size capacity. The building is permitted and inspected by the city For safety.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage nestled in the middle of an almond orchard on a private road. Collect fresh eggs from the chickens for breakfast paired with fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden! Spend a peaceful evening sipping a beverage on the porch or take a relaxing walk along the river. Geographically speaking, we like to say we are in between The Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco and Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.

1 bedroom apartment with its own entrance. Sofa folds into a standard bed. 2-3 adults maximum. Heat/cool system. TV, no cable. NO STOVE OR OVEN. WIFI available. Washer/Dryer in apartment for guest. Kitchenette with dishes and towels. Two miles from the 99 freeway and downtown dining/entertainment. Only hours from San Francisco, Yosemite, or Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. PLEASE, due to family health concerns, no animals in the unit.
