2 HOUSES!! Dreamy Villa & Tiny House! Large pool!

Our place is close to everything making it easy to plan your visit. We are in the a neighborhood. Enjoy the main house with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fabulous Sunroom with wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceiling overlooking an inviting in-ground pool. Across the pool is a studio tiny house that is all yours to use as well. It comes equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and all the privacy you need to get away. It has a queen bed and sleeps 2 with a small child on the sofa.

Perfect for a weekend getaway, this one bed, one bath offers a spacious floorplan with newly upgraded appliances along with washer/dryer. Enjoy the views from the screened in patio and take in the breeze with the shaded views. Enjoy golfing at the Championship golf course at Sea Trail or spend your days at Sunset Beach which is less than a mile away, with onsite restaurants, indoor pools and a wonderful nearby park, this gem has it all. This large house is open concept with gourmet kitchen, 2 dining areas, 2 large gathering areas, elevator, and abundant private spaces. It’s 5 decks overlook expansive views of the ocean, marsh, Bird Island, Intercoastal Waterway and stunning sunsets.
