Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. Most weekends we have events at the facility and trucks, trailers and horses will surround the cabin. Located apx 10 miles outside of town.

Sun Valley Farm Cottage

Enjoy a one-bedroom cottage located on a family-owned farm on the outskirts of Minford. We are located within 5 minutes of Rose Valley Animal Park and the White Gravel Mines. For those who enjoy a little drive, there are many state parks within an hour. You can also enjoy some farm-fresh eggs. Your stay comes with a manipulative cat (well-loved and fed no matter what she says) and a friendly rooster that does not understand personal space.
