The cottage is situated in the court yard of the old farm yard. bursting with the original features exposed beams and brickwork. It is a modern space with high end furnishings. Open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen, a large extendable dinning table and comfortable living space.2 outside spaces one in a shared courtyard with your own table and chairs

Double studio with A/C, free parking & car hire

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

The Stable House, Aldaniti - beautiful conversion

The Stable Studios are the newly renovated wooden stables of The Stable House, a family home converted in 1970 from a Victorian stable block. Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.
