We are perched on the 3rd floor and with that comes tall ceilings, a balcony with a view of Lake Padre, and a peaceful quietness. While the condo is within walking distance to the beach (5 minutes), you can also have a vacation without leaving the complex. The community offers many other amenities...hot tub, heated pool, sauna, fitness center, etc. What’s not to love?!?!!!

Fireplace, Pool and hot tub for all to enjoy. Bring your boat this condo has a boat slip! Bring kayaks or paddle boards this property is on a water canal. Beaches are 6-8 mins. drive.

Golf carts rentals are not recommended as they are prohibited on Hwy 361. Blue Bird Beach House is an Oasis for families. Your kids will absolutely love the game room with brand new arcade games. Relax in the Hottub overlooking the sunrise and beat the heat in the community pool! Only a 2 mile drive to the nearest beach access point!
