The first floor condo has everything you need for your shorts trip getaway or staying like a home . King size extra pillows top mattress. Queen size sofa bed for your company. Granite countertops kitchen. Pull out cabinets to make you feel like you’re home. A lot of sunlight feels so warm and relaxed. Comfortable by the beach! Great summer getaway!

My place is close to the beach, great fishing, Mustang Island State Park, Padre Island National Seashore, restaurants and shopping!. You’ll love my place because of the view is amazing, the beach and Packery Lake from the patio. Walk down to the beach, come relax by the heated pool and hot tub. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime on smart TVs.

Welcome to OUR home away from home! We hope you enjoy your stay in our home. We love that our condo is on the 1st floor-on the beautiful Beach Club property (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub, fishing pond) & only 0.2 miles to Whitecap Beach-home of some amazing sunrises! The condo is 565 sq. feet-some guests call it small & some call it just right. Private bedroom with king-attached bathroom. *STR Permit 304488
