Located next to the pool this unit is fully furnished with everything you'll need for a relaxing stay at the coast. Take a leisurely stroll to the beach, go fishing at the Packery Channel Jetties or swim and relax by the pool or on the patio. Grab your favorite drink and sit out on the balcony that overlooks the ocean! This is a fully furnished condo that sleeps 6, with 4 adults maximum. Relax by the pool in the resort style cabana area or take the 60 second walk to the beach. The condo is located near great restaurants such as Pier 99 and Blackbeards. Within walking distance are the popular Corpus attractions: the Aquarium and Lexington. A short trip across the bridge will get you to the American Bank Center as well as museums!!

New AC System - KING size bed and a queen wall bed - Reclining couch and chair. Our families always vacationed in the Corpus Christi area and we have made it our home. Delight in the bright colors and cat decor, with all the ameownities you need! Centrally located close to restaurants, shopping, and halfway between Downtown and Padre Island! The comewnity boasts an adorable lake, with ducks and geese you can feed, a pool, and a bbq area! If you will be missing your kitty, a shelter cat can even join you for an additional donation!

Can't be beat! 2bdrm/2bath Condo/2 decks/full sun and direct sunsets while hanging on the deck or in the pool. A very quiet 8 condo complex managed by strict HOA rules-Max 4 adults/6 total guests. Free use of our 3 kayaks, steps to great fishing off the back deck with new green fishing lights and magnificent views of west facing sunsets.
